Attico Spazioso ed Elegante a Santa Maria Maggiore

Pros: We are more demanding travelers and have the opportunity to compare. The description of the accommodation and the photos are real. Actually, the accommodation is bigger than it appears from the photos. The whole house is nice, clear and quiet. The kitchen is equipped. An advantage for travelers is the proximity of the central train station. The approach of the host is exemplary and she can give advice, which is not the case with rooms with automatic check-in these days.

Everything you need for a comfortable self catering stay - I would like to move in for a month.

Pros: Spacious and well equipped . close to termini but very safe and secure. Walking distance to stunning Basilicas. An awesome home base with everything you need to explore Rome and return exhausted in the evenings.

Pros: Azzure was awesome and very warm and the place was very big. She even got us a tart as welcome gesture. Definitely recommended.

Pros: Location was great. The apartment was about 30 minutes leisurely walk to the usual attractions that Rome has to offer. It was very close to Termini Station where you can travel on public transports, metro or the high speed bullet trains to anywhere in Italy and beyond. Plenty of souvenirs vendors around the area to purchase last minute gifts. The two main bedrooms large and spacious with cupboard spaces. The kitchen was fully equipped and functional. Azzurra was a happy, bubbly and helpful host. She met us at the front of the apartment and welcomed us with a tasty tart and bottled water in the fridge, which was greatly appreciated after a long trip to get to Rome! Azzurra explained everything about the facilities in the apartment to us and gave us links to many eating places and points of interest to visit. Communication with Azzurra was through text messages and was easy. Any questions asked were promptly replied.

Cons: We loved everything about the apartment. Location was perfect for transport, dining and sight seeing.

The stay was absolutely perfect.

Pros: The host was very kind — when the weather in Rome got colder, they thoughtfully replaced our bedding with thicker blankets in advance. The apartment, although a bit old, was very clean, well-equipped, and full of Roman character. The location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk from the train station, and it’s very convenient to reach all the major attractions directly from there.

Pros: Azzurra es una anfitriona de 10! Nos facilitó todo mucho, tanto el check-in como el check-out, y la información de los alrededores para esos días. El apartamento muy grande y muy bonito, y las camas muy cómodas, cocina amplia y muy equipada. Ubicación buena, ya que no están en el centro , pero hay un metro cercano, que llegas en 15 min. Todo muy bien

Pros: Très bel appartement tout près de la gare Termini, très bien equipé et avec de très bonnes litieries. 5ieme etage mais av un petit ascenseur. Azzurra a éte très arrangeante sur les heures d'arrivée et de départ et nous a très bien.accueillie. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Rome et nous recommandons cet appartement.

Hermosa estancia en Roma en una buena zona de Termini

Pros: El departamento es muy lindo. Cómodo y bien ubicado. Tiene todo lo necesario para la estadía no hace falta comprar nada. Las dos habitaciones son grandes y cómodas. Muy bien equipada.

Cons: El segundo baño es en el altillo. Es mas bien un toilette con una ducha.
