Great location property was clean and tidy with a fabulous host
Pros: The property was spotless and situated in a fantastic location. Olivia, the host, was outstanding—friendly, responsive, and incredibly helpful. She provided clear instructions for check-in, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Any questions we had were answered promptly. Highly recommended!

Pros: Very good location- 5 minutes to railway station, very good conract with property manager
Cons: Tidiness (dirty cups, a lot of dust on one of the beds), if you want to take a shower you have to go through one of the bedrooms - it is the apartment more for family than for 2 couples

Pleasant stay
Pros: The apartment has two bedrooms, a dining room (with fridge, microwave, some cups and tableware), a bathroom, an additional toilet and a small balcony. There is enough space for two people, the beds are comfortable. The location is excellent - Termini is a 5-minute walk away, there are bus stops to the airports and hop- on, hop- off buses stops. Many shops and cafes within walking distance. The check-in was understandable, the hostess was friendly and helpful.
Cons: A coffee machine could be a bit more modern, and although there is no kitchen in the apartment, some plates could be provided.

Pros: Very nice apartment. Great location, very friendly hosts who explained everything very well. The a/c worked very well, which was a huge plus in 35 degree heat. Quiet at night even though it's near the train station and above a hostel.
Cons: There are no facilities to clean the cutlery and crockery with (no sink or dishwash bowl, no dish liquid, etc.), even though on Booking.com it says the kitchen has cleaning supplies (and there's not actually a kitchen). This would have been inconvenient if we had a longer stay. The ad says 2 bathrooms but this is misleading because one only has a toilet and sink.

But actually, I’m so satisfied with the apartment, I was feeling the Italian atmosphere and enjoy it
Pros: The apartment was great! It’s so modern and comfortable. It’s located 1min from train station, so close to all main tourist destinations.
Cons: The are near the train station not the best😅because of homeless people, but it didn’t make our trip worse. And also it would be better to clean the apartment better

Świetne mieszkanie w samym centrum Rzymu
Pros: Świetna lokalizacja, wszędzie chodziliśmy na nogach, nawet nasz 9-latek dawał radę, gdyby jednak ktoś wolał transport publiczny, blisko był dworzec oraz metro. Wokół znajdowały się też liczne sklepy spożywcze oraz restauracje. Bardzo miła obsługa, Olivia odpowiadała niezwłocznie. Po przyjeździe zauważyłam, że nie działa czajnik elektryczny, następnego dnia mieliśmy już nowy. Super kontakt przez Whatsapp. Mieszkanie czyste i bardzo wygodne łóżka, co było zbawienne po naszych całodniowych spacerach😄

Perfektes und schönes Apartment direkt am Hauptbahnhof in Rom
Pros: Perfekte Lage am Hauptbahnhof, sehr schöne Wohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern, Fenster zum Hof heraus, also sehr ruhig, der kleine Balkon ebenfalls auf den Hof. Die Betreuung war perfekt, sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Der Schlüssel kann jederzeit aus dem Safe genommen werden, alles andere per Code. Es gibt eine Mikrowelle und Besteck.
Cons: Es gibt eine Mikrowelle, aber leider kein Geschirr um etwas darauf zu erwärmen. Wenige Tassen sind vorhanden. Esszimmer ist ohne Fenster, aber damit kann man gut leben.

Agréable séjour, très bon emplacement
Pros: L'emplacement facile d'y accéder depuis la gare. Il est également aisé de visiter depuis ce lieu. Nous avons peu utiliser les transports. Le suivi d'Olivia qui nous a très bien guidé. La propreté de l'appartement avec ménage réalisé en cours de séjour (7 jours)
Cons: Juste une précision, il n'y a pas de cuisine. Nous avions été prévenu. Nous mangions à l'extérieur. Sauf petit déjeuner. Il y a à disposition un micro-onde, une bouilloire et un réfrigérateur.

Pros: Das Apartment hat eine super Lage und ist für 4 Personen sehr empfehlenswert! Nachts war es auch sehr ruhig
Cons: Uns haben lediglich Teller gefehlt, sonst ist alles super an diesem Apartment!
