A very cozy and tastefuly decorated apartment, but just a bit unclean
Pros: We enjoyed our stay very much! The apartment was exactly what we needed during our time in Rome. It was spacious, featured two bathrooms, and was tastefully decorated with lovely Renaissance and Baroque reproductions. The apartment was equipped with all the essential household appliances and tools. The neighborhood was quiet, and its proximity to the main station and metro made getting around effortless. Our host, Junio, was exceptionally welcoming, kind, and helpful. When we lost electricity after turning on the kettle and the induction hob simultaneously, he promptly arrived to restore the power while we were sightseeing. It was easy to stay in touch with him and we truly appreciated his help! If we can make a suggestion, we think that it would be beneficial for the hosts to provide a few dishwasher tablets to ensure the dishes are thoroughly cleaned. Alternatively, a dish drying stand would also be a valuable addition.
Cons: The only downside to our stay, despite the brief power outage in the morning (which we think should be addressed by informing future guests about potential electricity issues), was the cleanliness of the apartment. The bathrooms and kitchen needed more attention, as there were noticeable limescale stains in the showers, taps, and bathroom fixtures, and the mirrors were not adequately cleaned. We cleaned it a bit ourselves, out of sanitary reasons. Furthermore, the apartment's floor was a bit dusty and showed remnants of previous guests' hair, indicating a lack of thorough cleaning. Overall, improvements in these areas would greatly enhance the guest experience.

The most amazing hidden gem - better than a hotel!
Pros: Everything was perfect! A 3-minute walk from Termini, great location. The place is modern and well furnished and maintained. There is a washer which also has drying function. 2 bathrooms with showers and a very comfortable sofa bed. Enough towels, pillows and blankets for everyone. Kitchen is well equipped too and the whole place was very well cleaned. Everything that you would need for your stay. The place looks exactly like in the photos. Daniele (our host/concierge) was also very kind and helpful. Hosts asked to complete payment through a payment link, which I was doubtful of in the beginning. But they were kind enough to let me come and check in first to verify that it is indeed legit and then submit the payment later on the same day on check in (so don’t worry about the payment link, they’re legit!). A lot of grocery stores, eateries and a pharmacy nearby too. Very convenient location. Will definitely stay again!
Cons: The only thing that was slightly annoying was that the WiFi signal was quite poor in the bedroom. It works fine in the living room though. Other than that everything else was perfect.

Modern apartment near Termini
Pros: Very cosy and comfortable, great location and no fuss check in/out. The property feels like it has been renovated recently, it is modern, clean yet warm. The pictures on the walls give a nice touch. Metro station within 5 minutes, but we walked everywhere. The only thing to fault would be the boiler/hot water tank, as we didn't have a properly warm shower in 5 days. It wasn't ice cold, but it certainly didn't hold the water at the temperature it should. Beds were comfortable, but on the soft side. Overall, a great stay

Pros: Very helpful and responsive property manager Junio! Allowed for luggage storage prior to checkin with a small fee, and quasi early checkin after that as cleaning was completed before 3pm. Provided ample amenities like toilet paper, shower gel/shampoo and coffee capsules, which didn’t seem like the norm in the other Italian property we stayed in. Walkable to two metro stops, one Blue and one Red line.
Cons: No microwave and laundry detergent. Hot water can run out quickly if two pax showers together, but manager was responsive and quick to tune up the water heater to higher temp so the hot water lasts longer.

Great apartment for families, couples and those who care comfort and a cozy stay.
Pros: Clean and big apartment with a private bedroom and a nice kitchen. There was a crib for a child and a lot of amenities for every person. The apartment is comfy and I can confidently say that the host put the soul into making the stay as comfortable as possible. The host was kind enough to let us in sooner than planned. There was a grocery store, a drugstore, a pub and a pizza shop within 2 minutes' walking. And it's really close to the Termini station. Right in the middle of 2 metro stations.
Cons: Everything was perfect, nothing that I can mention that we didn't like.

Pros: 좋은 위치 넓은 공간 그림 좋아하는 사람은 좋아할거같음 응대직원이 일단 엄청 친절하심.. 화장실 두개라는것도 좋았음! 엘베도있어요 ㅋ.ㅋ 세탁기도잇음.. 에어컨도있어요!(근데 뭔가 이게 막 팍!!!!시원하진않은데 여름이라 그런가 너무좋았습니다) 만족!
Cons: 막판에 안에 열쇠넣고 문을 닫았는데 안열려서 호텔측에서 열쇠공을 불렀는데 열쇠넣고 문닫지말라고 노티스 되어있다고 비용알아서 정리하라고해서 했음.. 아마 호텔 안내책자? 같은거에있나봄.. 그게 좀 크게 공지가 되어야하지않나싶음.. 열쇠공와서 4분 있다가 90유로..눈탱이 맞은거같은데 그돈에 휴가망치기싫어서 그냥 냈음 호텔에 얘기해도 걍 그래..뭐 쩔수잇나..이런느낌 우리가 초범(?)은 아니니까 공지도 했다고 바로 선긋는거같던데 좀 크게 공지가되면 더 좋을거같다는 생각입니다. 화장실에 뜨거운물 온수제한이 좀빨리 풀렷음(8분?) 근데 아마 한국인 제외하고는 그정도로 뜨겁게 샤워하는 민족이없을거라 ㅋㅋㅋ딱히.. 방문이 안닫힘..그림도 무서운게 많아서 갠적으로 예민하면 꿈자리사나울수도 있겟다 싶었음 잘때 배개가 너무 낮아서 소파 쿠션 가져옴.. 이케아 젤싼배개인데 솜이 푹꺼저서..없는 수준이요 화장실 세면대가 밥그릇만함..건식이라 물 다샙니다 ㅋ.ㅋ

Pros: Świetna lokalizacja, dobry kontakt z osobami obsługującymi obiekt, bardzo przyjazne i ładne wnętrze, bezpieczna okolica, świetne połączenia komunikacją miejską, bardzo dobrze wyposażona kuchnia i świetnie, że są dwie niezależne łazienki :) minimalne niedociągnięcia jeżeli chodzi o czystość, ale nie mające większego znaczenia, zdecydowanie przydałoby się więcej miejsca do przechowywania rzeczy

Pros: Очень хорошее расположение, в центре города! Квартира чистая, со всеми удобствами до мелочей, идеальна для семьи... Очень добрый и оперативный менеджер, в любое время можно обратиться и поможет со всеми вопросами. Рекомендую! Было приятно находиться в этом апартаменте, которое играет большую роль и привлекает нас приехать в Рим снова.С большим удовольствием в будущее при первой возможности мыснова будем остановиться в этом апартаменте. Спасибо большое ... ♥️😊 🇮🇹

Excelente y bello departamento, muy bien ubicado
Pros: - Departamento precioso, muy cómodo y decorado con muy buen gusto y sin descuidar ningún detalle - A pesar de tener solo un dormitorio, el departamento cuenta con 2 baños, pensando en los huéspedes que duerman en el sofá cama - Full equipado, con todo tipo de electrodomésticos y utensilios de cocina, y con amenities como máquina y cápsulas Nespresso y hasta con aceto balsámico premium - Todo el tiempo el lugar estuvo muy bien temperado, a pesar del frío exterior y aun cuando no estuvieran encendidos los aires - Excelente ubicación, a pasos de bus y de la estación de trenes (Roma Termini), así como a no más de 30 minutos a pie de las principales atracciones turísticas como Coliseo, Foro Romano, Palatino, Fontana de Trevi, Monumento a Víctor Manuel y Panteón, entre otros. - Junio, el anfitrión, fue muy amable y con la mejor disposición en todo momento
Cons: Nada que mencionar; todo estuvo perfecto
