Pros: modern apartment, well taken care of, location is good, close to Roma Termini.

Cons: there's a continuous unpleasant smell in the apartment; could not sort out where it came from. And for me the bed was a bit uncomfortable.

Very nice apartment and helpful host

Pros: The apartment was very nice and comfortable with all that we needed. The host was very nice and helpful. Made our check-in very easy and smooth eventhoug we arrived late at night. There were two kinds of coffee which were very tasty and also water and cookies. The kitchen was very well equipped. Everything was nice and new. Bathrooms were also nice and new.

Si volvemos a Roma, repetiremos seguro.

Pros: Apartamento con todo lo básico necesario. Situado a 5 minutos de la estación de tren Termini, desde donde se puede coger cualquier transporte público. A media hora andando de los principales monumentos. Lo más alejado, el barrio de Trastévere o El Vaticano, pero cogimos el bus. Cafeterías y restaurantes muy cerca. El Mercato Centrale de Termini a menos de 10 minutos, con gran variedad de comida (imprescindible visitar al menos una vez). Muy buena comunicación con la anfitriona desde el principio. Es de agradecer que pudiéramos entrar un poco antes de la hora establecida, para poder dejar las maletas y descansar un poco antes de empezar el tour por la tarde.

Cons: Una noche se oyó un poco de jaleo que venía de una terraza inferior del patio interior. Pero el resto de noches todo muy tranquilo. Sólo a tener en cuenta que las tasas turísticas se pagan en efectivo allí mismo. No lo entendí así a la hora de hacer la reserva (o no supe ver dónde lo indicaba). Por suerte llevábamos suficiente dinero para ello.
