Pros: Good location at a 2-minute walk from termini station, clean and comfortable. Francesco, the owner, was very kind and helpful.

Cosy & comfortable, very convenient location, near train station, plenty of food options

Pros: Francesco is an exceptional host waited patiently near the apartment entrance to receive us with open arms. He then showed us the way to the unit and provided a very in-depth introduction of the house and a whole list of food / restaurants in the vicinity. He also orientated us how to get around within the city and made us feel very at home. The apartment is in spick and span condition, with vibrant and cozy colours in each of the bedrooms as well as the living room, making the place very cozy place to stay in. The location is excellent, easy to find and within 5min away from the main station. Food aplenty around the apartment.

Cons: Would be great to include a clothes dryer if possible!

Pros: Francesco was very friendly and helpful. The apartment is exactly as described. Comfortable, clean and well equipped (including basic necessities like sugar, salt, pepper, tea and coffee, paper towels..) The balcony is definitely a plus, especially for smokers. Great location, 200 m from the main train, bus and metro stations, including supermarkets. Only 10 minutes walk from Basilica di Santa Maria Maggiore and 20 minutes from the Colosseum. Highly recommended.

Pros: Nice and friendly host, well-equipped kitchen, large apartment, clean and comfortable rooms, heating and air conditioning, bigger bathroom, location close to metro, bus station and train, shops and restaurants. We can recommend it.

Cons: However, the flipside (which we expected, we have been to the location more than once) is that due to the proximity to the train station and many other tourist accommodations, is night noise from the surrounding streets - unfortunately, not just traffic noise.

Our stay was excellent. Francesco, as mentioned in other reviews, was exceptional. Responded quickly to any enquiries

Pros: The property was very convenient to the station which was a plus as we arrived late at night. It was lively and cleaned and well equipped for what we needed.

Cons: There was nothing about the property we didn’t like. It was perfect for our first time in Rome.

Pros: the location of the place is very close to Roma’s main train station (Termini) and the host is very kind and friendly, he advised us and showed us where to go and what to do when my daughter got sick, the place is big compared with other apartments in Italy, it has 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room and two bedrooms, the hot-water never runs out and the heating system is adjusted to make the place warm all day. The kitchen has all the necessary items like spices, oil, water and washing soap for clothes. The entrance of the building is secured with a pass code and the neighborhood is safe.

Cons: The speed of the WiFi and the TV is not smart

Pros: Perfect location for getting around center of Rome, comfortable, very clean, has everything you need. The host is amazing, helped us with everything we needed.
