Lovely guest house

Pros: Great guest house, the Host, Mario, is wonderful - available, clear, very kind. The breakfast is delicious. It is a lovely place to stay at.

Pros: Host was excellent, responds quickly to questions and concerns. We loved the room and location was perfect for us.

Pros: The room was lovely! The location is great, just a 20 minute walk from major landmarks like the Colosseum. Very clean and spacious room. Mario was a wonderful host! Very attentive and kind. Would definitely stay here again😊

Pros: The location is very central to seeing all the attractions in Rome. Accommodation was spotless and Mario was very informative on arrival, and was great at explaining where to go and how to get there. He kept in touch with us during our stay to ensure everything was going alright for us.

Pros: Spacious, clean and secure. Comfy bed. Access to the kitchen facilities. The property was also very quiet. Mario was very welcoming and provided a map with must see historical places. He was also available to text if we had any local questions.

Cons: Nothing really. The only thing missing was to have some milk in the fridge or to know where to get some.

Pros: The guesthouse is very well located near to Roma Termini station, so that you can walk from the station to the guesthouse. The access to all public transportation, even the hop-on-hop-off buses, is straightforward, since the Termini station is a hub for it. Using public transportation you can go to the main touristic attractions in Rome. In fact, Mario, the owner, makes everything easy to settle and gives you good tips about where to go and how to get there.

Pros: Really nice and spacious room. Mario was so helpful giving us recommendations and answering all our questions! Location a little far from the centre but we didn’t mind the walk and the metro was nearby.

Clean, tidy, good transport links, helpful host, breakfast is continental so don't expect too much!

Pros: Mario was helpful from start to finish. The communication was prompt, full of useful information and his tips made our stay more enjoyable. The location is great and very cross cultural, but we never felt at risk during our stay even when walking back later in the evening. We made the most of the breakfast in the cafe down the road and the room was very clean and kept tidy, although the shower was quite small for a tall guy! We would go back, thank you Mario.

Cons: When we booked, we too thought we were going to an hotel, but after payment realised it was a guest house. Breakfast is an important part of the day for us so the thought of having to walk down the road to get it was a little frustrating and the description on the little voucher given was not helpful. The reality was different though, we ordered coffee, croissants, yoghurt, orange juice, fruit and more coffee and more croissants and were given it. Explanations about breakfast could be clearer and sitting outside on the pavement was an interesting cross cultural experience but as the sun shone every day it was OK.

Pros: Amazing property, very close to the main city centre being 15 minute walk to the main attractions and closer to the colosseum.

The place is very nice and I can recommend it to people who want to see Rome.

Pros: The location of the guest house is very convenient, close to the railway station, center and all ancient places. The room was spacious, clean with nice modern bathroom. The host was extremely nice and could help and solve any issue or question. Cleaning was done every day, breakfast was served in the bar near the guest house where you definitely can feel local Italian atmosphere of the morning. Thank you for such a great stay.
