B&B Federica's House In Rome

Really good accommodation

Pros: Room was exceptionally clean and fully equipped with everything we needed, including an iron and ironing board, which was a great bonus. The shower always had hot water and was spotless. The location is excellent — right next to the main subway and train station, which made getting around very easy. The staff were extremely friendly and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. The lady at reception was especially kind and welcoming, which really made a difference for us. Overall, a truly pleasant experience — easily 10/10

Cons: There is really nothing that we didn't like

Pros: Good location. It’s near the train station, which made it an easy commute from the airport. Neighborhood might be sketchy sometimes, but we barely spent any time in or near the hotel, so good choice for spending night/nights.

Cons: Bathroom was not cleaned perfectly.

Pros: Comfortable, and breakfast only 5 minutes away! :)

Cons: Nothing really, except a lot of passage and noise outdoors when a lot of travellers went by (close to the train station). But thats nothing too bad.

Loved our stay in this location. Great city; great hosts.

Pros: The room was very well laid out, neat, clean and tidy. Shower and bathroom area was very comfortable and well lit. Room was equipped with A/C or heat as required. Lots of room for clothes and writing or computer space. Rooms are located close to the Termini which suited us well as we find Italian train service to be as fast or faster and a bit more convenient than aircraft. Breakfast is in the restaurant owned by the hosts. The breakfasts were really good - more than enough to keep us going through the day of sightseeing/shopping. Everyone we met in the restaurant was more than pleased with the reception provided by our hosts and the breakfast. Rooms were very comfortable and quiet - a good deal!!

Cons: Very hard to think of anything we did not like. location is great; staff is great; attention to room cleanliness is great. Easy to walk to so many attractions.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay - looking forward to returning.

Pros: Room was clean and tidy. Shower was most appreciated after a long flight. We planned on using trains to continue our travels through Italy, so the closeness to the Termini was very much appreciated. We also like to walk throughout Rome, so Santa Maria Maggiore, Trevi, the Forum and other areas in central Rome were in range. Federica and Farhad are really good hosts. They made sure nothing was missing during our stay with them. Amazing! Breakfast was served at the owners' Bistro which is about a 5 minute walk away. Cappuccinos were great as were the croissants and other breakfast items. Everything fresh and tasty.

Cons: At the time of our arrival, the building elevator was not working so there were a few stairs to climb. In older buildings this is probably unpredictable. Federica and other tenants in the building reported the issue so I expect that it is has been fixed.

Pros: Good location, close to Roma Termini Station, nice staff,they cleaned everyday

Pros: Very close to the station. Easy to find with the direction given. Very clean. Felt safe. Bed was comfortable.

A pleasant hotel and very good service.

Pros: The room was excellent, we thank Federica's team as the cleanliness of the room was impeccable. Very good and energetic breakfast. Federica's only problem is not the location, but that the streets are very dirty, with garbage of all kinds in the streets. Which does not help Federica, since the first impression is one of anguish. As the days go by you realize that it is a safe place, but very dirty. My opinion is that Federica and the other hotels, restaurants, shops ask the city council of Rome to mitigate the problem of dirt, which affects the image of the services of the Termini station neighborhood. The rest was excellent, I thank Federica and her team, always attentive to all our needs, we hope to return, thank you very much.

Cons: Cleaning the streets.

Pros: The breakfast was in a bar in the nearby, unfortunately I was in a harry and I couldn't enjoy it but it was a nice place. The room was clean and comfortable and the person who welcome me was helpful and courteus.

Cons: Unfortunately the location is not so good. The train station nearby is not so welcoming expecially in the evening. It is convenient to rech all places and very central but you do not feel so safe walking around alone in the evening. The price was high but it was anyway the lowest I could find for those days in Rome, since the city is too expensive in general.

Pros: Our room was very clean, the cleaning lady did an amazing job daily, the staff was super nice and helpful to us. The beds were comfortable and its not a noisy neighbourhood so we had a good night sleep all three nights. The bar we had to go for breakfast was also clean and the food was nice, the staff there was also very friendly. It was overall a good experience.

Cons: At first where the guest house is located could seem a little scary but everything was alright. No one disturbed us, they were friendly even when we entered their shops to buy some things.
