Well located, great wifi bandwidth, very clean, promptly answers from the owner.

Pros: Very well located two blocks away from central terminal. Apartment was very clean and functional. I had to work that week so 1GB Internet were very convenient. I had always a promptly and kind answers from Barbara when I need to consult anything about the apartment. I had a great time, thank you for allow me to stay in your place.

Cons: Climb the stairs to the apartment, but it was very clear before doing the booking that the building doesn't have an elevator.

Pros: Spacious place, with 3 bathrooms, and excellent location. The land lord was so kind and helpful. The smart lock doors were easy to use thanks to the clear instructions we got from the land lord.

Cons: No elevator in the building and the place is located on the 4th floor. The stairways to the flat are a bit creepy and dirty ,it gives you a feeling that you are in the wrong place. Bed sheets were worn out , clean but needs changing.

Pros: Vlakbij het station, heel centraal gelegen. Supermarkten en restaurants zijn vlakbij. Hele aardige, behulpzame host.

Pros: Un apartamento cómodo y amplio , además con muy buena distribución, el apartamento estaban impecable, nuevo y decorado con muy buen gusto.

Cons: La cama del cuarto principal no es cómoda, haría falta una mejor cáma con un mejor colchón en esa habitación y para aquellos que tengan problemas a la hora de subir escaleras les recomendaría buscar otro apartamento.., porque son ciento cinco escalones que hay que subir diariamente para poder llegar al arriba... 💪 además, La primera impresión qué tendrás cuándo entres al edificio no va a hacer la misma qué cuándo entras al apartamento....

Pros: 离termini车站很近，附近有conad超市，楼下就有存包服务，住宿不提供早餐，所以无法评价早餐质量。

Cons: I wish I had known that there is no elevator and it is located on a 5th floor before booking since we were carrying bags.

Tolle zentral gelegene Wohnung mit 2 Bädern

Pros: Die Wohnung war mit den beiden jeweils an die Schlafzimmer angrenzenden Bädern und der zusätzlichen separaten Toilette perfekt für 4 Personen. Sehr sauber und gepflegt, zentral um die Ecke von Termini gelegen, Restaurants direkt nebenan. Sehr hilfsbereite und jederzeit ansprechbare Vermieter über Chat.

Cons: Die Wohnung liegt im 4. OG, dessen sollte man sich bewusst sein, kein Aufzug, es sind täglich viele Treppen zu laufen :-)
