Small but very comfortable great location easy access

Pros: Excellent location near main train and bus station. Clean and comfortable. Host kept in touch and answered questions quickly

Pros: Propre clair confortable bien placé à côté de la gare Termini…

Cons: Tout était bien dans l’ensemble ! L’équipement batterie de cuisine et vaisselle succinct mais suffisant pour petits déjeuners et repas du soir. Il manquait juste un essuie vaisselle en tissu. Il faut laisser couler l’eau longtemps pour obtenir l’eau chaude . Il manque peut être aussi un miroir sur une des portes pour se voir en entier.

Pros: A localização é muito boa, perto do Termini, restaurantes, cafés etc

테르미니역 근처 가족이 머물기에 아주 좋은 숙소👍🏻

Pros: 사진과 똑같았습니다. 깨끗하고 4인가족 머물기에 아주 넉넉하진 않지만 사진보다 더 좁아보이지도 더 낡은 시설도 없었습니다. 식기류 집기류도 거의 완벽했고 (딱 한가지 국그릇 밥그릇 할만한 게 없어서 한국 음식-미역국, 설렁탕 등 준비해갔어서 햇반 그릇에 국물을 말아 먹긴 했어요) 빨래방도 바로 근처에 있고 구멍가게는 10걸음 이내, 코나드는 테르미니역까지 채 5분도 안걸리는 거리에 있어 매일 일정 끝내고 생수와 간식을 사올 때 아주 편리했어요. 다른 집들과 셰어가는 아주 큰 대형 문이 있고 (핸드폰 온라인 페이지에서 open the door 버튼만 누르면 대문 열림) 건물 안을 들어가서 뜰안으로 좀 더 들어가면 다시 건물이 나오고 다시 폰으로 클릭한번에 문열림, 엘베를 이용해 편안하게 집에 오르내릴 수 있었어요. 집은 1층=한국 기준 2층) 다만 저희 숙소 문을 열때도 폰으로 열 수 있는데 그건 방법이 좀 어려워서 계속 비밀번호를 누르고 열었어요. 화장실 수압 아주 좋고 뜨거운 물 계속 잘나와요. 기본 어메니티 샴푸 넉넉하게 주십니다. 그리고 5일 묵었는데 유럽은 화장실마다 드라이랙이 있어서 수건 쓰고 말려둘 수 있어서 수건을 세탁하지 않아도 되니 4인에게 4세트를 주어서 수건도 사용하기에 충분해요. 난방은 라디에이터가 아니라 따뜻한 바람을 에어컨 같은 기계에서 내보내주는 방식이지만 만족했어요. 로마에 간다면 꼭 이 곳을 또 갈거예요. 가격도 착하고 접근성 면 시설 면 불만족스러운 것이 거의 없습니다. *전자레인지, 토스트기, 전기주전자도 있어요. *소파베드가 좀 삐그덕삐그덕 거렸는데 어쩔 수 없다고 생각했어요. *베개가 좀 낮았지만 약간의 불편함 뿐이었어요.

Cons: 숙소 바로 앞에 노상 테이블 안쪽에서 주무시는 홈리스들이 있어 오줌냄새와 악취가 있었는데 숙소에서 개선할 수 있는 문제는 아닙니다. 저희는 그냥 잠시 지나칠 뿐이라 불편함은 없었지만 이런 부분에 예민하신 분이라면 고려해봐야겠네요. 테르미니역 앞쪽에는 좀 사람도 너무 많고 인종도 다양하고 저녁엔 왠지모르게 으스스한 분위기가 있었는데 우리 숙소쪽(역 뒤쪽)은 오히려 조용해서 좋았어요.

Pros: Doskonała lokalizacja zaraz przy Termini, gdzie krzyżują się dwie linie metra. W pobliżu sklepy i centrum handlowe w Termini. Super kontakt z właścicielem, bezproblemowy check-in. Mieszkanie w kamienicy, czyste, nie mam uwag. Na wyposażeniu wszystko co w opisie. Polecam.

Puente en Roma

Pros: Ubicación excelente, al lado de la estación de Termini, muy fácil de llegar y con el metro y bus al lado para moverse cómodamente. El apartamento estaba reformado y a la hora acordada Stefano estaba esperándonos en la puerta.

Cons: Tuvimos que pagar 30€ extra por llegar a las 21:00. Las paredes del alojamiento al ser blancas estaban un poquitín sucias con restos de algún mosquito muerto y marcas de roces de maletas. El colchón del sofá cama era bastante fino y por tanto algo incómodo.

Pros: Llegamos a las 21:30, nos recibieron súper bien. El sector súper conectado, cerca de todo, a 20-30 minutos del coliseo y la Fontana di Trevi. Tal cual a las fotografías. La cama cómoda y el sofá cama bien para dos niños. Estaba limpio todo el lugar, hasta la terraza.

Cons: Solo mejoraría la luz.
