Renovated and well located apartment

Pros: The apartment is renovated and spacious with all the facilities you can need. The location is very convenient, and the communication with the owners excellent.

Cons: The apartment is on the first floor and the three rooms face the street with poor sound isolation. It is loud at night.

Pros: Price was great for location. Couldn't get better deal nearer centre. Transport was good to get around. Apartment was fantastic. Clean, well air conditioned and secure. Kitchen area was nice and stocked with coffee and condiments. Well decorated and TVs in each room

Cons: Not much to say other than a few items needed a little fix which I'm sure the owner will sort soon.

Perfect for families

Pros: Lovely, spacious apartment that was plenty big enough for my family of 5. The host was very friendly and gave us all the info we needed to check in ahead of time. There are two good sized bathrooms, comfortable beds, and a little kitchen diner. We travelled with children and it was the perfect base for us to enjoy some downtime before and after exploring Rome. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

Cons: The street outside the apartment can be quite noisy - mostly traffic noise. It didn't bother any of us but it's something to note if you're a light sleeper.

Pros: El apartamento estaba bien situado, con transporte publico cerca. Estaba limpio y es amplio.

Cons: Que de noche se oía demasiado ruido de la calle, por ejemplo el tranvía,aunque tenía buenas ventanas.

Mooi centrale plek, ruim en behulpzame host!

Pros: Ruim appartement, goede bedden en centrale ligging. Helaas kregen wij te maken met een auto-inbraak tijdens ons verblijf en de host/eigenaar heeft ons geholpen met enkele praktische zaken en dacht mee waar mogelijk. Dat was superfijn!

Cons: Er is geen algemene woonkamer of ruimte waar je samen een beetje relaxed kunt zitten. Het zijn 3 slaapkamers. In de keuken staat wel een tafel met stoelen, maar na heel veel lopen in het prachtige Rome is het ook fijn om een beetje neer te ploffen. Nu werd het vaak hangen op bed, ieder afzonderlijk in zijn slaapkamer. Geen enorme ramp, maar wij hadden dit bij het boeken niet opgemerkt.

Reasonable stay for big family

Pros: It is a good location with 30-40 min to all main attractions, we love to walk so it wasn’t a problem for us at all. As Rome is the city where you have to walk and see all the buildings. The district full of restaurants and cafes which is nice. Apartment is clean and spacious. Free public parking in the street in front of the apartment.
