A convenient apartment in a great location, ideal for exploring Rome.

Pros: The apartment, though small, was very well designed and felt comfortable and practical. Its location close to the train station made visiting different sights very easy. Public transport and the metro worked perfectly, and we could reach anywhere quickly. A grocery store nearby was also very convenient.

Cons: In the early mornings there was some noise from the street, especially when the garbage truck came, but it didn’t last long and wasn’t a big problem overall.

Pros: The location is perfect. It is near the train station and only 3 minutes walk away from it. Easily accessible and convenient to local amenities. Quiet and pleasant place to stay. Feels safe and secure to be in. Comfortable.

Cons: Dusty after cleaners have been. Aircon slightly dusty. Location is perfect to the train station however, can only be accessed by walking up a flight of stairs, no elevator to get to the property. Will not be advisable for elderly or adults/children with limited mobility. Can be tiring after walking outside to go back to the property. Overall, it’s an acceptable property and location is perfect. Safe and secure property.

Very good location

Pros: The apartment is located very close to the train station. The apartment is inside a building on the 4th(?) floor without an elevator. The host allowed us an early check-in which was nice. The room and the space are generally good.

Charming quiet apartment in a great location

Pros: Nice, clean and quiet apartment right in the middle of the city. Only minutes walk from Roma Termini station. Lovely high ceilings, comfortable beds, friendly staff. All attractions within walking distance or steps to the Metro if you want to be faster. The kitchen is a bit small, but since we were out most of the time we did not cook a lot anyways.

Cons: It is a bit smaller than it looks on the pictures but totally fine for 4 people.

Comfortable and close to Termini.

Pros: Host was accommodating of our travel delays and was available when we arrived with the AC on.

Cons: It was unusually hot in Rome this year and the AC did OK, but did not serve the mezzanine bedroom as well as we would have liked. It did do better than other places we stayed.

Pros: The apartment was clean and Paolo is a nice and friendly guy.

Cons: The area is not so good. Termini station is busy and the streets around it are dirty.

Pros: Paolo the host was wonderful and made it possible for us to check in early. We needed a laundry place and he kindly referred us to a nearby laundrymat. He was available whenever needed. Helped us find taxi services. The apartment was in a nice location near a lot of nice restaurants, supermarket and the Termini Central Station. very convenient to get around the city. Well equipped kitchen. Hot water around the clock, and very good air conditioning.

Cons: The apartment was a little small for a family of 4 , but we knew what we were getting and the price was worthwhile. Most of the time we were out so it was ok. The apartment was basically clean, clean towels were provided, and also clean sheets. But the thick blankets inside the sheets weren't so clean unfortunately. Anyway we didn't use the thick blankets since it wasn't that cold, so we didn't mention it to the host. Besides that everything else was functional and good. The apartment is on the third floor.
