Pros: There was everything we needed for a 4 day stay. Very clean apartment. Breakfast was great in the cafe restaurant which was included in the price. Trains and buses were about 5-9 minutes from the apartment. Attractions like the Colosseum were within 25 minutes walking distance. I highly recommend this apartment.

Pros: Clean and cosy , great service , breakfast at the local bar, coffe and crossaint ( sweet)
Cons: The area isn’t too clean, a lot strange people , but all that next to shops and restaurants and a main station which is a big plus.

Everything’s perfect except the check-in.
Pros: Way too comfortable, very calm, more than enough space (easily fits 5 people), very clean, well accommodated rooms, a nice kitchen with utensils and a decent dining table, and a good restroom.
Cons: Just one complaint: Even though everything else was done perfectly, the check-in wasn’t good, and we had to wait, look for the host, and then only were we able to enter the room.

Convenient, clean, centrally located accommodation very close to the central metro station.
Pros: location was a 2 min walk from Roma Termini (the train ride was a short 32 min ride from the airport). We only had one night in Rome on our way back home and the hotels very near to the airport were extremely expensive. Frale house offered easy access from the airport by train (bonus: not having to wait in the massive taxi line at the airport). Even though the area surrounding the Roma Termini station is a bit run-down, we did not feel unsafe and there were ample restaurants and mini marts near to Frale House. We simply texted when we arrived and only waited a few minutes until we were met with the keys and taken up to the room. We felt secure in the room.
Cons: The water pressure stopped at one point in the late evening. The water was back up to pressure the next morning, but if this had happened when we needed to shower and get ready, that would have caused some issues. Thankfully it was late at night & I just needed to change my night shower to a morning shower. This area of Rome is much like what you would expect right next to a central metro hub (a bit run down and not as clean as the more touristy locations), but we were specifically looking for an accommodation that was very close to the central Roma Termini station (we did not want to have to take multiple trains from the airport or walk a long distance from the train station since we were backpacking and we arrived in the evening and had a flight leaving before noon the next day).

safe place near termini
Pros: great position, specially for early leavings-50 m to Termini. Perfectly clean, good wifi. There is a separate bedroom, a large kitchen with all equipment, sofa, a dining table, the excellant bathroom. I wish we could stay longer. Precize communication for check in. it’s really safe with 3 different locks.
Cons: everything was fine!

Pros: The apartment was great, absolutely no complaints - very clean, the host was very helpful, and it's great that it's close to the Termini station (despite that, you can't hear any street noise). Would recommend :)

Pros: La proximidad a la Estación de Roma Termini es una gran ventaja, a solo 100 metros!! Nos alojamos 4 personas en un apartamento con dos habitaciones con 2 camas dobles y además cuenta con una amplia cocina y un baño cómodo. Hubo buena comunicación con la propietaria quien nos ayudó con nuestros requerimientos.
Cons: Para desayunar hay que dirigirse a una cafetería en las proximidades, el cual no ofrece muchas opciones, tan solo un café y un croissant.
