Good stay enjoyed

Pros: It was a comfortable 2 bedroom Appartment exactly as shown in the posting It was comfortable for the stay there is no drawing room but a large kitchen with small functional dining table for 4 people The location is very near to Roma termini which is a big advantage

Cons: The property can be found with the instruction but there is no display of the name on the property as posted on booking website which sometimes can give a challenge to find and enter from the main road

Although there were a few negatives the positives far out way them and would recommend this place to family and friends

Pros: Property was close to the Rome station and walking distance to many local attractions. The apartment was a great size for two or even a family of four.

Cons: There was limited natural light and no lift. Luckily we were on the first floor so it wasn’t to bad, however if you have a lot of luggage or heavy suitcase it could be an issue

Excellent

Pros: Excellent location. Most of the places to visit are within walking distance. Not to mention that the Roma Termini railway station is nearby. Apartment is comfortable with the necessary facilities for a tourist stay.

Cons: In previous revues were mentioned the following flaws: - problem with opening the door. The real issue is the mobile network coverage. If you stay closer to the window in front of the apartment entry door, signal is acceptable for door opening. - hot water in bathrooms. There are two bathrooms. So for four people the hot water should be enough for short showers. If you stay longer, the one after you will have to wait some time. Just adapt to the conditions you have there.

Pros: Appartamento ampio , vicino stazione termini ben servito dai trasporti per poter visitare Roma. Accessioriato di tutto anche se non nel lusso. Due bagni sono comodissimi.

Cons: Materasso letto matrimoniale troppo morbido

Pros: Расположение, удобства в квартире, в виде двух сан узлов и кроватей.

Cons: Были жёсткие матрасы, Одеяла были не заправлены в пододеяльник, долго разбирались со входом в квартиру.

Une semaine parfaite à Rome

Pros: Nous avons très apprécié le confort de l'appartement dans un immeuble très calme .li est spacieux très propre.la climatisation un bonheur!!!36°tous les jours à Rome! L'emplacement idéal tout près de la gare Termini,pratique pour les transports ,une supérette, pharmacie etc à côté quartier vivant avec plein de petits restaurants sympathiques.. on ne pouvait pas trouver mieux .nous espérons revenir à Rome et nous saurons où aller!! Nous avons passer une semaine merveilleuse.

Cons: Rien!! Petit détail le sèche cheveux est à jeter il est même dangereux !!ce n'est vraiment que détail à signaler au bailleur.

Pros: Apartmán hned u nádraží Termini, což jsme potřebovali, protože jsme cestovali vlakem. Dobře vybaven, trochu rušily malířské práce na chodbě, ale jinak spokojenost.

Cons: V apartmánu byla připravena tableta do myčky, ale myčka v něm nebyla. Ani žádné prostředky na umytí nádobí.

Agridulce

Pros: Me gustó el departamento y la ubicación, pero para poder ingresar fue una pesadilla que casi me cuesta una amistad

Cons: No poder entrar fácilmente al departamento. Al principio íbamos a ir tres personas, pero al final fuimos dos. La aplicación no me dejaba avanzar ni entrar al departamento. Llamamos por teléfono y nunca nos contestaron. Nos comunicamos por correo y no fue fácil. Ojalá mejoren eso porque el departamento fue muy agradable.

Arreglando algunos detalles sería excepcional

Pros: Apartamento muy amplio con 2 dormitorios y 2 baños completos. Bien equipado Ubicación excepcional cerca del transporte.1

Cons: WIFI inestable, No había detergente vajilla y escaso gel/champú. Cisterna tardaba muchísimo en llenar y el ruido de termo eléctricos calentando. Falta calefacción.

Pros: Close to train station , clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed .
