Pros: The apartment has a great location - in an extremely convenient place. Parking is provided, which is also great. Polite staff

Cons: There was an unpleasant smell in the kitchen. There is no terrace.

Pros: We stayed here for 4 nights… our main attraction was the Vatican city and this was literally a 5 minute walk away…our host met us at the apartment and showed us around, he was pleasant and friendly..this location is easily accessible to all other sights, we walked most places but also we used the trains… apartment was great, had all we needed.. there was a shop just around the corner, so we where able to cook our meals. Some restaurants located locally too for any one looking to eat out.Free wifi too.air conditioning was great as we were there during a heat wave of 38 degrees.Great place to stay, quiet and safe neighbour hood. Would stay here again if i come back to Rome.

Jesteśmy zadowoleni, w mieszkaniu do zdrobienia drobne naprawy.

Pros: Świetna lokalizacja, bardzo blisko od Bazyliki św.Piotra. Bezpieczna okolica, blisko dworca San.Pietro.

Cons: Brak klimatyzacji w jednym z trzech pokoi. Drobne usterki w mieszkaniu.

Pros: Die Wohnung ist gross und sehr zentral gelegen. Der Gastgeber hat uns die Schlüssel persönlich übergeben.

Fantastico ! io e la mia famiglia ringraziamo i locatari

Pros: ho trovato un servizio ineccepibile: ho mandato un avviso dicendo che saremmo arrivati prima dell'orario di chek in e chiedendo se potevamo almeno lasciare i bagagli: non solo è stato possibile farlo ma ci hanno anche fatto trovare l'appartamento pronto e pulito. Luca è stato gentilissimo.

Cons: Putroppo, ma voglio sottolineare che NON è colpa dei locatori, l'odore di fumo che hanno lasciato gli ospiti maleducati che hanno soggiornato prima di noi. Fortunatamente in un paio di giorni era scomparso

Family of 5 in Rome

Pros: Valerie and Luca were the best part, so helpful and communicative. Location is very good - not a super busy neighborhood, but lively enough for us with plenty to choose from and 2 blocks from St Peter's. All the taxis knew exactly where it was. Air conditioning was great. Clothes washer was typical European small but worked for us. Plenty of towels and supplies.

Cons: Super small shower. Average cleanliness (hair on floor) and a weird smell. Entrance is off a back alley/private street with lots of trash of other buildings, but that might just be normal Rome.
