A gem of an apartment - compact but perfect!

Pros: Linda, the host was incredibly responsive and went out of her way to ensure we had a great stay. So many little touches in the apartment which made it feel like a home away from home - from the coffee pods and tea bags, to laundry detergent and a clothes rack for drying - a bonus when travelling from Australia. Fantastic to have access to a cooktop, microwave and a washing machine. Great location, lovely safe neighbourhood, quiet and away from the chaos of the city and yet a short walk to Metro and a supermarket. Walkable into the city and major sights also - and Villa Borghese on your doorstep.

Pros: The location was great, very easy to get around. The apartment was the right size with everything needed to make the stay comfortable. The host- Linda was there to welcome you and was very helpful throughout the stay. Great host and apartment

Cool roman holiday

Pros: The owner of the apartments Linda is very nice, she personally met us in the apartment, at our request provided an early check-in (12:30 instead of 15:00), was interested in whether everything was okay with us, was in touch. The apartments are equipped with all the necessary equipment (refrigerator, stove, washing machine, coffee machine, toaster, iron, hair dryer, TV with smart TV function, Wi-Fi, air conditioning), there is an inner courtyard. Very convenient location, 5 minutes walk to Piazza Popolo or the metro (direct metro line to Termini train station, 10 minutes), good chain store with a selection of products is two minutes away. Comfortable new mattresses and pillows. The apartment is fresh and well-designed, very beautiful and cozy. Cleanliness at the highest level. Check out is easy, leave the keys on the table, slam the door.

Amazing stay right in the centre of Rome

Pros: We had a great stay at the Flaminio Royal Apartment! The host, Linda was incredibly helpful every step of the way,she even sent us a list of restaurant recommendations in Rome which made our trip even more enjoyable.The apartment itself was fantastic. It had everything we needed, the room was lovely, and the location was amazing.We had a wonderful trip and would definitely recommend it to anyone traveling to Rome.

Pros: It was a very comfortable place for what Rome usually has to offer for a family with a child at this price.

Cons: Building noises. Doors, elevator, blackbirds ;). Nothing that could be improved by the host though.

Pros: Very nice apartment 100% worth it , really nice host allowed us an early check in with our flight being early in the morning. Very helpful leaving us a map of the city aswell

Great apartment run very efficiently and professionally by Linda.

Pros: Nice size apartment, clean in good location. Linda the owner was a real pleasure to deal with. Very understanding and flexible, we had late arrivals but Linda just made it all work very easily.

Cons: Nothing, just perfect.
