Great location and beautiful spacious apartment

Pros: Great location. Spacious room and kitchen in an elegant style. Marco was very communicative throughout our stay, helping us enter the flat, accommodating our bags for an earlier arrival, and ordering an airport taxi.

Cons: The water in the shower could have been hotter, and the air conditioning did not always work—although this was not a huge issue, as the temperature at night was cooler.

Good central apartment.

Pros: Very central position. Super clean. Huge main bedroom with massive spa bath if that’s your thing!

Cons: Only small dining/kitchenette as communal space, no sitting room. Only bar size fridge and no oven, only microwave.

Great stay in a comfortable apartment in a excellent location.

Pros: the location was excellent. Steps from Piazza del Popolo and the Metro. Apartment was very clean and stocked with the utensils needed for quick meals. Owner gave excellent details on how to enter and the building manager is very friendly. Beds were comfortable. There is also a few bars and a Carrefour within a few block walk.

Cons: There is quite a bit of street noise in the large bedroom. I rarely wear earplugs but needed them. Also, there is not a common sitting area in the apartment. There is a small tv in the large bedroom with one chair. These things should not deter visitors to rent this apartment - overall excellent.

Pros: Location. Quietness. Self check-in and out well explained. Breakfast at bar nearby outside. Cleanliness.

Cons: Huge jacuzzi bath in the bedroom. Bathroom no window. 30 euros extra request for the pet sanitisation (!).

Great stay

Pros: The apartment has a great location, very close to metro station that can take you any way to important places in Rome, great restaurants around. We are also happy about the space, communication with the owner Marco, instructions given by him were very clear and easy. There was typical Italian breakfast served in two of the cafes, Bar Lavi was great to eat. Apartment was well equipped in all kitchen accessories.

Cons: The main bedroom was located on the street side which was a bit noise at night. Hedis bar where the breakfast was served in the week day had small choices of croissants and there were not the best taste

Comfortable stay in Rome

Pros: Everything was super clean. The location of the apartment Is really good. We had a great stay. The Host was very kind and made him available to help us with anything. I totally recomend It. The jacuzzi Is definetly highlight.
