Pros: + great location near to the Termini station. + beautiful aesthetic of the building’s internal hall, elevators and the stairs. + well designed apartments with a nice art nouveau touch. + clean, warm and comfortable rooms. + kitchen with all necessary equipment. + fast and stable Wifi. + friendly and welcoming host. + nice and stylish guest book that will help you to find the best local restaurants and other locations to see. Pros: Could not have asked for a better place to stay and it was only a 5 minute walk from termeni train station, it was ideal! We will definitely be staying here again the next time we come to Rome

Enjoyable stay. Good value for money.

Pros: Great location - just a few minutes walk from Roma Termini and there are quite a few nice restaurants nearby. Location was quiet as well. Host was very communicative. Good value for money.

Cons: There were some ongoing construction works outside the building which led to the apartment being slightly too dusty. We were a group of 5 - found that the hot water ran out when showering.

Pros: Cleanliness. The apartment floor and beds are very clean. Location. Very near train station. Near bus stop to take bus 492 to attractions. Many restaurant nearby. There's lift to apartment. Very important with heavy luggage. Owner came to receive us and make us feel welcome after our long flight. All 3 rooms are spacious.

Cons: Nothing really. Theres everything we need. We are a group of 5. Wish had one more bathroom. But we managed.

Pros: mostly everthing was fine. you have to consider that 3 rooms are separate and the TV is in one of the bedrooms. lots of restaurants arround.

Cons: shampoos, soaps and toilet paper are not sufficient for such quantity of persons and are not replenished, for that amount of money, it would be nice to have it all at the place, so you must bring your own. check out is earlier than elsewhere, already at 10 in the morning you have to leave already.

Excellent location and host !

Pros: Amazing location! Very warm host ! Emanuela took a very good care of us. We could drop our suitcases earlier and go to visit Vatican. She advised us with everything, sent a lot of good restaurants proposals too. Apartment was very clean and well supplied. We found everything we needed there. We really enjoyed our stay ! Very highly recommended !!

Spacious apartment near Termini Station

Pros: Very nice and clean apartment near Termini Station with spacious rooms. Emanuela and Alessio were always very helpful during our stay ❤️

Cons: Personally, I just felt that the bathroom lacked a place to put the hand towel and the kitchen lacked a dish drainer. Everything else was fine.
