Clean, comfortable and helpful owners

Pros: The room was great and just a 20/25 minute walk from the Colosseum. The apartment was easy to find and the owners were awesome- easy to communicate with and super helpful

Cons: The shared spaces were small and a little hard to work around the other guests in but definitely not bad at the price!

Comfy place and excellent location

Pros: Location is superb - so close to Roma Termini train station, metro and buses for getting around. Despite the central location and being surrounded by plenty of good restaurants and cafes, it was relatively quiet and safe at night. Claudia was very responsive and her apartment was clean, rooms were spacious and comfortable, AC worked well - sooo important during the scorching Italian summer! Will recommend for travellers, good base to rest and explore Rome!

Cons: Just a slight gripe, it would be nice to be provided with some toiletries - but not a huge deal altogether!

Perfect place to stay in Rome

Pros: The location is perfect, near to train station, not far to the central. The room is really big and comfortable, there's a kitchen for everyone, the host is very friendly, you can put your bags in the kitchen when you're check out, you don't have to find a locker. *there's no elevator and the stairs is a bit narrow

Cons: The shower gel/shampoo is placed outside of the shower enclosure, a lot bit weird and not convenient to use (you have to open your door to use), not a big deal but if it can change the place will be better :)

Pros: Spacious bedrooms and conveniently located 5 minutes walking distance to Termini station. Claudia was great and helped us settle in and gave us tips to explore Rome. Apartment is not a fancy newly renovated place and up a flight of stairs but was clean, functional and very comfortable. We enjoyed staying here and would happily come back again next time we are in Rome.
