The location of the apartment and the atmosphere around are incredible.

Pros: The location of the apartment and the atmosphere around are incredible. The Colosseum is 100 meters away. The apartment is clean, the bed linen and towels are snow-white. There is a refrigerator, a washing machine, an iron, a clothes dryer, a hair dryer. A full set of dishes. Even a coffee maker. Excellent Wi-Fi. There are several cafes in the building downstairs. A grocery store is a 5-minute walk away. The bus stop and metro are very close, but we walked.

Cons: But for 4 nights for 4 people there were only 3 very small packets of shower gel. There was no dish sponge or dishwasher tablets in the kitchen. You can't wash dishes by hand and you can't wash them in the dishwasher without tablets.

Pros: Apartma je na odlični lokaciji. Pri Koloseju je metro postaja in nekaj avtobusnih postaj za v vse smeri. Bil je čist in stilsko opremljen.

Cons: V apartmaju smo pogrešali osnovno opremo. Ni bilo soli, sladkorja, gobice za pranje posode ter ostalih malenkosti, ki so ponavadi prisotne. Vse smo morali kupiti. Malo je bil moteč hrup, ko so iz spodnjih lokalov sredi noči stresali steklene flaše v kontejnere. Z odprtimi okni je težko spati. Nahaja se v tretjem nadstropju brez dvigala.

Sehr gut gelegen und gut geeignet für Familien

Pros: Direkt neben der Gladiatorenschule, die gerade zugänglich gemacht wird + damit nah an der Metro Collosseo; gut zu erreichen (nur die Touristenmassen blockieren bisweilen den Weg); ausreichend groß für vierköpfige Familie + angemessen eingerichtet; Türöffnung mit Handy (Internet) gewöhnungsbedürftig, funktioniert aber gut; bequemes Bett im Schlafzimmer, etwas unbequeme Schlafcouch (hat Kinder nicht gestört); genug Decken, um sich warm zu halten; heizen mit Klimaanlage funktioniert im Wohnzimmer sehr gut, im Schlafzimmer mäßig (hat aber gereicht); Handtuchtrockner heizt Bad; großer Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach; Mikrowellenofen (nicht ausprobiert), Wasserkocher und Toaster wirken neu

Cons: Wer mit viel schwerem Gepäck reist oder schlecht zu Fuß ist, wird den Treppenaufstieg in den 3. Stock nicht mögen; beim Ankommen wussten wir nicht, was unser Apartment ist - es lag etwas versteckt hinter einer Ecke; der Fön im Bad schaltet regelmäßig ab (Überhitzungsschutz?), sodass das Haaretrocknen bei langen Haaren mehrmals unterbrochen wird; die Alu-Mokakanne (vorhanden) funktioniert nicht auf dem Induktionsherd; die Schlafcouch mussten wir selbst beziehen - offenbar waren die Kinder nicht bedacht worden, es war aber Bettzeug da; Frühaufsteher müssen u.U. eiskalt duschen, da Therme entsprechend eingestellt ist

Pros: Localización magnifica Buena climatización Habitaciones amplias

Cons: Muchas escaleras para acceder al apartamento. Menaje muy reducido: la cafetera no era compatible con la placa de inducción, no había vasos, solo copas de vino.

Pleasant

Pros: Beautiful apartment, it was well equipped and like we were living a local roman experience. It’s just a few blocks from the Colosseo and has a mini market near and lot of restaurants, cafes

Cons: It is on a 4th floor, I think it’s important to remark in case of traveling with elders, fortunately, although my mom is 60, she’s strong enough but may not be the case for everyone.

Très bon séjour

Pros: Emplacement idéal pour visiter Rome. Bon petit resto et bar a cocktails en bas de l'appartement ( le coming out) ne vous fiez pas que au nom de celui-ci 😉

Cons: Bruit de bouteille en verre le matin dans les containers 2 jours de suite.

コロッセオのための宿

Pros: コロッセオまでのアクセスが最高。 アパートを出るとコロッセオが見える。そんな、最高な立地です。 近くのピザ屋も、ジェラート屋もとっても美味しい店でした。 部屋も広く、調理器具、調味料もあるため、自炊をすることもできます。 部屋からの景色も好きでした。 コロッセオ、フォロ・ロマーノは、宿から散歩のつもりでふらっと出かけられます。 裏のスーパーも惣菜が充実しています。

Cons: ドアが開かなかった。 慌てず、ゆっくり開けたら空きました。

Pros: Amplio, limpio, a 100m del Colisseo. Zona concurrida pero muy segura. Multiples opciones de transporte público en las inmediaciones aunque no es necesario utilizarlo para moverse. Piazza Venezia está a apenas 800m y de ahí un paseo a todos los puntos de interés. El sistema de acceso al edificio y apartamento funcionó perfectamente, pero requiere de conexión a internet con el teléfono móvil. Los electrodomésticos de la cocina son de calidad. Hay lavadora, aspiradora, lavavajillas…

Cons: Tercer piso sin ascensor, de lo cual se avisa, pero no deja de ser un engorro. El aire acondicionado estaba limitado a 23ºC y al ser un último piso, en cuanto se apagaba, rápidamente se alcanzaban de nuevo los 30ºC… ha sido incómodo, sobre todo por la noches, para iniciar el suelo con una habitación fresca. El baño y la ducha son minúsculos. El sofá cama no merece ese nombre. En cualquier caso, por lo que pagamos lo recomiendo de buen grado

Pros: Konumu çok güzel her yere ulaşım imkanı var bir de kaldığım ev çok temiz ve imkanı fazlaydı.
