Highly recommend staying here

Pros: John is a fabulous host. He went out of his way to ensure we were comfortable and to let us know that he was available if anything was needed. He made available some food and drink for us to enjoy and also sent a list of the best places to eat with links to websites. It is very close to public transport and did not take us long to get to any of the main sites this way. We had a vehicle which is why we did not stay in the centre of Rome as parking is scarce. John has a private park available but there is also plenty of street parking in front. A nice quiet area with great shops and restaurants nearby. This place has everything you need. We highly recommend. Thank you John.

It feels like we gained a friend in Rome, in addition to a nice stay.

Pros: The host made us feel at home. The kitchen offered provisions of food and drinks, which saved the day (dinner + breakfast) after a late arrival (with grocery stores already closed). Later check-out was possible.

Pros: he put everything for example at evening i feel hungry and i found tea with biscuits which was so pleasing for me. also it was really clean and the host was so polite and welcoming and helpful

Pros: It's close to the center of Rome, very comfortable to reach it. The owner is super, he gave really useful advice and we didn't lose our time. Yes, apparntment is not so big, but there is everesing that you need.

We loved it!

Pros: Perfect location. Shops and restaurants locally. The Metro station into Rome was 5 mins walk. The host was friendly and gave us lots of information to help us enjoy our stay. The apartment was very clean and had everything you could possibly need. We would definitely recommend this accommodation. We appreciated the secure parking too as we had a large vehicle.

Cons: There was nothing we disliked.

Pros: Wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Eine tolle Unterkunft in der Nähe der Metro Station, mit der Metro ist man in ca 15 Min. im Zentrum. Check In nach Absprache, nette Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber.

Ottima struttura

Pros: Posizione molto comoda, vicinissimo alla fermata della metropolitana. Distanza perfetta per il palazzetto dello sport. Bella zona anche per passeggiare intorno al laghetto dell'Eur. Soddisfatti.
