Casa Vacanze Shivon is great.

Pros: The location is very good, you have all you need close by. The metro station S.Paolo is a 8 minute easy walk , it's line B Or you can take the bus 170 just downstairs it takes you to Termini metro station. At the apartment, you use the lift, you have 2 large bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, lots of storage. Balconies and a patio. The beds are comfortable and it's a quiet place. There's a gas stove, oven, fridge microwave and coffee machine, all the dishes and utensils, pots and pans you need. Gelato store next door and a pharmacy and a very good Italian restaurant 3 stores to the left, Trattoria Dell'Omo family restaurant, not expensive and delicious. We highly recommend this rbnb.

Pros: Very big apartment, clean, nice aria, with restaurants and shops near by. Metro and bus station at 5-9 minutes walk.

Cons: Little far from the main attractions. You will need around 30 min with the bus or metro to be in the center. And we noticed that the buses have delays in schedule, especially after 8pm.

Had a great time.

Pros: Very good contact with the host. 5 minute walk to the nearest metro station and a few useful buses right next to the building’s gate. Make sure to check the trattoria next door, great food.

Wonderful stay in Rome!

Pros: Very nice appartment close to the center of Rome with a bus station just outside of the building and a metro station 10 minutes of walking from the appartment. The host is friendly and communicative and the house was perfectly clean. He also allowed us to check in earlier and check out later than the supposed timelines. Would definetely recommend a stay.

Spacious, modern, clean apartment

Pros: Modern facilities, very clean. Location is good, a bit far from the center, but bus station is very close. The big terrace was a nice surprise.

Cons: It would be nice to have some water and an espresso machine. On the bright side, there is a non-stop coffee shop in front of the building. Avoid at all costs the recommended restaurant by the entrance in the building, Trattoria dell’Omo: worst service and food we’ve had in all Italy.

Excelente apartamento y ubicación

Pros: El apartamento está genial. Tiene dos habitaciones con baños independientes y un salón con cocina. Aunque parezca que se encuentra a las afueras, cogimos metro y en tan solo 4 paradas estabas en el Coliseo (unos 10-15 minutos), eso hace que te puedas mover con mucha facilidad. Debajo del alojamiento hay cafetería, heladería, trattoria, etc. Excelente todo, apartamento y ubicación. Lo recomiendo 100%. El propietario te informa de todo y te resuelve cualquier duda. Si vuelvo a Roma, sin duda volvería a hospedarme en este apartamento.

Cons: El check out es muy temprano, a las 10:00.
