Highly recommended place!
Pros: Great location for sightseeing in Rome — the metro station is only about 50 m away, and it’s just a 6-minute ride to the Colosseum. The apartment is clean and newly refurbished, with high-speed internet as an extra plus. The host is friendly and helpful. Free street parking is available, although finding a spot can sometimes be a bit challenging; however, it never took us more than a couple of minutes to find a place on the nearby streets.
Cons: Check-out time could be a bit later, but it’s clearly stated when you book your stay.

Pros: Everything was clean and tidy, great location — metro right in front and a nice coffee place downstairs. Calm but lively area. Thank you Matteo for being such a great host, we really enjoyed our stay! 10/10 🌟

Great Location/ Host/ Apartment
Pros: Apartment is very spacious and clean. Furnitures are brand new. Freshly renovated clean bathroom. Modern kitchen with all the necessary appliances. WIFI connectivity very efficient and strong. Location is a key factor here. Not far from airport by taxi and super close to city centre-Metro B. Apartment is next to Basilica San Paolo train station/ metro B station- 2min walk. Around the apartment a lot of cafes, restaurants and small shops. Bigger supermarket within 5MIN walk. The host extremely friendly and approachable. Will definitely stay again.

Pros: Absolutely wonderful accommodation close to Sao Paolo church. Excellent communication with the owner, who was very helpful with everything we needed. He recommended us lot of nice places and made our stay truly remarkable. 10/10

Super séjour !
Pros: L'emplacement en face de l'arrêt de Métro mènent au centre-ville en 30min. La location est propre, spacieuse et les équipements de qualité ainsi que le lit ! L'hôte est très sympa et répond rapidement par message via Booking ou WhatsApp ! L'immeuble est un peu bruyant en journée mais très silencieux le soir et la nuit ! Les voisins sont très respectueux ! Nous avons très bien dormi ainsi que notre bébé ! Ascenseur présent mais petit en fonction de la poussette que vous avez. La nôtre ne rentrait pas mais ça n'a pas été difficile de la monter à la location 👌🏼

Perfect Location Near Metro & City Center
Pros: Labiausiai patiko lokacija. Prie pat metro,iki centro kelios stotelės. O ir aplinkui buvo ką veikti. Švarūs,tvarkingi apartamentai. Vakare galima nueiti vakarienės bevažiuojant I centrą. Jei kada lankysiuosi Romoje,tikrai dar kartą būtent toje vietoje apsistosiu. Kadangi man konferencija vyko Palazzo Sport arenoje ,tai ir iki ten 2 stotelės metro ir jau vietoje. Super ! O ir Matteo labai malonus ! I really loved the location — right next to the metro, just a few stops from the city center. There was plenty to do in the area as well. The apartment was clean and well-kept. In the evening, it was easy to stop for dinner on the way to the center. If I visit Rome again, I’ll definitely stay in this area once more. Since my conference took place at the Palazzo dello Sport arena, it was only two metro stops away — super convenient!
Cons: Atkreipkite dėmesį,jeigu ryte atskrendate į Romą,be 4 PM negalėsite apsistoti. Tai man truputėlį suteikė nepatogumų,nes visą dieną tampyti su savimi lagaminą buvo nepatogu. Please note that if you arrive in Rome in the morning, you won’t be able to check in before 4 PM. This was a bit inconvenient for me, as I had to carry my luggage around all day.

Pros: L'appartamento era pulito, grande e luminoso. Il bagno è nuovo e ben tenuto, il letto comodo e con una grande tv di fronte. La posizione è ottima a due passi dalla metro e con tanti luoghi per mangiare.
