Eccellente appartamento, pulito, confortevole, con parcheggio privato, e proprietaria gentilissima.

Pros: Dopo oltre 20 anni in cui veniamo periodicamente a Roma, possiamo dire di aver finalmente trovato un appartamento davvero eccellente. Situato al primo piano, è molto comodo, accogliente e soprattutto impeccabilmente pulito. L’alloggio è dotato di tutti i comfort necessari, con arredamento curato, televisione in ogni stanza e climatizzazione autonoma in tutti gli ambienti. Abbiamo apprezzato molto anche il parcheggio privato, davvero prezioso in una città come Roma. Viaggiando con un neonato abbiamo trovato l’appartamento particolarmente tranquillo e adatto alle nostre esigenze. Un ringraziamento speciale alla proprietaria, gentilissima, educata e sempre disponibile. Torneremo sicuramente.

Pros: Tutto perfetto! Casa bellissima, pulitissima, comoda, non mancava nulla! Tutto super ordinato e pulito, asciugamani e biancheria pulite e profumatissime. Siamo stati accolti benissimo con tanta gentilezza e disponibilità. Anche la culletta per mia figlia è stata preparata con molta cura. Ottima posizione, vicinissima a tutto, ma allo stesso tempo in una zona molto tranquilla. Parcheggio privato e gratuito, insomma tutti i comfort. Consigliatissima!!!!

Pros: Ci é piaciuto tutto. Casa molto carina e accogliente. Ristrutturata da pochissimo e completa di tutto quello che puó servire. La proprietaria é stata gentilissima fin dal nostro arrivo. Punto in piú il parcheggio gratuito e privato dentro la corte del condominio, cosa non da poco a Roma. Veramente tutto perfetto per un breve soggiorno a Roma.

Cons: Niente. Tutto perfetto.
