Pros: The location is amazing! It is close to literally everywhere! It was a nice, spacious and clean property. The staff was lovely, we had a kind gentleman at the reception who was there whenever needed.

Cons: We went in winter when it was very cold. The heating was on but the room got pretty cold. We asked for the remote to AC to maintain temperature but turns out the hotel has regulations on that. I would advise to confirm with the hotel before hand based on your requirements.

Pros: Beautiful view, excellent location — just minutes away from the Acropolis, the Spanish Steps, and other tourist attractions. The host is very kind, the room is spacious and comfortable, and it is cleaned with fresh towels provided every day. I highly recommend it.

Good location

Pros: Location is pretty close to the Rome train station. The walk to the metro is less than 5 mins walk. Just along the street there is a convenient store Penny which I can buy my bottle water and some simple snacks.

Cons: I guess the weather was raining that day and it was not a nice walk from the Train station to the apartment as we were not prepared for it. Also was early that day and was told I can leave my luggage. But when I went there, no one was there and hence we had to wait for about 20mins outside the door. But when the staff came, he sincerely apologised Hope it is just a one time off experience just for me.

A great place to experience Rome

Pros: It is a great place in the centre of Rome. The room is big and very cozy. We were staying in the room with a balcony. The view is astonishing. The room itself has everything to make your stay comfortable: fridge, air conditioner, wi-fi. A lot of cool cafeterias and restaurants are near to the guest house. Also, there is a supermarket nearby. The administrator is super kind and helpful.
