A little gem away from the crowd

Pros: It was a very good location, walking distance from the colosseum, the Roman forum, and also the Roman Termini. It was just off the main road and so you don't feel the busy traffic at all. The place was well kept, warm and cosy, so it felt very homely. Cristiano was very assuring. I got a message from him a day earlier to confirm the check-in and also gave me some good directions. Was a good experience overall.

Cons: If there is something, the queen size mattress we slept on is sagging inward, so we found ourselves rolling to the middle of the bed. Maybe it's time to get a new mattress.

Pros: Mostly I liked our host Cristiano, he was very welcoming and kind. He did everything he could to make our journey nice and safe. He even cheered us with a prosecco.

Cons: The bed was not comfortable enough.

Pros: The accommodation is very close to many main attractions, we communicated exceptionally with Crstiano, we received recommendations and him answered any question . The accommodation is very clean, with everything you need and located in a fairly quiet area. We will be back with pleasure!

Pros: Christiano is a great host — let us keep the luggage while we were exploring the city after the check out. The location is great — close to the Colosseum, lots of the cafes nearby, 10-15 min out of the Termini. The room is clean, shared kitchen as well, nobody bothered us. Thank you.

Perfect for our stay in Rome

Pros: Excellent location, comfy bed, good air con, everything you need! Highly recommend this place, close to everything but also out of the crowds.

Pros: The property was in an amazing location. Such a short walk from the Colosseum and some wonderful restaurants and cafes. Our host Cristiano gave us amazing recommendations and was super helpful for our entire stay! Room was clean and cosy, air conditioner was wonderful after a day out in the heat. It was everything we needed for our visit to Rome. We would absolutely stay here again!

Pros: Great location, fantastic host who was very helpful. The apartment was clean and spacious with good facilities. Lots of restaurants close, we would definitely choose to stay here again if in Rome.

Pros: The location was perfect. It was walking distance to the colosseum, the main train station and bus stations which takes you to the Trevi fountain. Cristiano was very welcoming and showed us all amenities of the property, as well as provide us with recommendations of local restaurants that were authentic and delicious. The property itself was spotless, everything was clean and the room was spacious enough for me to open up the big suitcase. It was also airconditioned and we felt very comfortable during our stay during the hot summer days. We would definitely rebook this property when we return to Rome in the future!
