It really was lovely and I would recommend - I just think they need signs to say ssshh people sleeping

Pros: The hosts were lovely and very welcoming and tried to accommodate any needs.

Cons: There needs to be a curtain rail across the bathroom area to separate for more privacy. I would have liked a kettle in the room to save having to go into kitchen all the time. The only complaint was it’s quite noisy with doors banging and people chatting all hours as they come and go as we were close to main door and kitchen area

Pros: Ariana, the lady who sorted out our breakfast, was exceptionally helpful and gave us lots of great tips of places to go. She also sorted a fabulous vegan breakfast

Pros: We had an amazing stay at Domus Iuliae and honestly couldn’t have asked for more. The location is absolutely perfect - lots of major landmarks, including the Colosseo, are only a 5-10 minute walk away. On top of that, there are several bus stops just minutes from the accommodation, and a metro line running right next to it, which made getting around Rome incredibly easy. The staff were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and hospitable, which truly made the stay feel special. The rooms were spotless and cleaned daily, and the breakfast was delicious and very filling - a great way to start busy sightseeing days. Overall, we loved everything about our stay. Next time we’re visiting Rome, Domus Iuliae is definitely the place we’ll choose again. We honestly wouldn’t have had it any other way. 💛

Pros: Really friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable host. Gave us tips and a map to make getting around to the sites easier.

Pros: The staff was amazing and the location as well, pretty close to Colosseo, the Termini Station and other attractions.

Pros: Host was great, told everything needed. Place is very near Termini station, Colosseum etc., so we enjoyed that everything is near. Metro station was 2 blocks away, so easy to navigate if needed. Fresh fruits and water was in the room upon arrival. Breakfast was nice, lots of variety, coffee - excellent! :)

Cons: Room was next to the front door, so it was very noisy, there were no info for others that doors can be shut without slaming etc. Some of the guests partyed until 3 am, it wasn't nice regarding others. Shower is really tight, hard to shower + there is no place to put some personal hygiene stuff.

Pros: Really enjoyed the stay at Domus Luliae. 3 nights in oktober 2025. Great location, supernice host and a nice and cute breakfast. Will definitely return and stay here at another time.

Pros: Very friendly host. Clean room and bathroom. Breakfast is perfect for everyone. Very friendly staff. Close to Vittorio Emanuele metro station and about 450 meters to the Colosseum.

Pros: Great location easy walk to Roma Termini train station and Colosseum and other sights plenty of food eatery’s close by as well
