Pros: The staff were very nice and helpful. The location was perfect. We really enjoyed and will recommend it.

Cons: Everything was good, especially the staff who understood our situation and let us stay a few hours longer than the check-out time. We were very thankfully.

Pros: The location was great, very close to Colosseum and also train station. Coffee shops/restaurants nearby including shops. Staff was lovely and helpful.

Pros: Very nice and helpfull staff. We arrive late and night and there was no problem with self check in. Cleaning room every day. Very good localization near Coloseum, metro and bus stop.

Comfortable and nice apartment

Pros: Great apartment in a good location. Kind and nice staff. Comfortable, clean room. Breakfasts (coffee and croissants) were provided in a cafe nearby the hotel. We had a good impression from the stay :)

Staff amazingly helpful, generous and friendly which made me feel safe as I was traveling alone.

Pros: The location was excellent because I was meeting daily with people involved with an 50th Anniversary performance at the Brancaccio Theatre just a few steps near. The room had plenty of space and the bathroom was fine...but there was a bad smell when I arrived. Next day I bought some air freshener and left in the room for others when I departed.

Cons: The hallway outside my room always smelled of tobacco smoke. I saw a sign somewhere saying 'No Smoking' but there was certainly someone ignoring it. By my third day, even my room smelled of tobacco smoke. One other thing is that the curtain was too thin so the street light outside could shine through during the night. I suggest 'black out' blinds. And even though the window is double glazed, the sound of traffic was pretty constant. I found the entrance hall on the ground floor as one enters is a bit scary, see photo. A good painter / decorator could make it look a little bit more welcoming. But once you get up to the first floor reception, it looks much better.

Great for short stays!

Pros: The staff were kind and helpful in several situations. The room was small but comfortable and clean. Perfect for 2 and close to the Coliseum and Circus Maximus.

Pros: Clean rooms and bathrooms Air con Staff were extremely friendly and let us leave our luggage off Excellent location to central Rome about 15 mins max walk to the Colosseum

Pros: The location was perfect. Easy to find and close to Termini station for day trips
