Fairy property
Pros: I have no words to describe how beautiful the property is. First of all, the room is so comfortable and clean, with the view of amazing garden. Waking up was just like in fairy. Also the location itself, you are just next to gorgeous park of the Colosseum. The stuff also is so friendly and helpful.
Cons: Nothing.

Pros: Comfortable bed, modern and clean room with water, juice, coffee and tea supplies, location, the building itself in the garden, the receptionist was punctual for our meeting in the morning.
Cons: No sound-proof walls and too noisy door opening (electric system) which was audible at night and woke us up several times. There was a dancing studio beneath the rooms in one building. Also a non-existent wardrobe with regular shelves. Just one rack with a few hangers, installed highly, so short people can't reach that.

Very unique location, but very loud if you get a street facing room.
Pros: Location is extremely unique for Rome city center. This is a standalone small building inside of a gated park near the Colosseum. Daily cleaning. Extremely large bathroom, shower, and bed. Bed was very comfortable, the bedroom was large and spacious. Everything in the bathroom was new and high quality finishes. There was not a lot of noise from others in the building since the building only has a few apartments. There was very good heat throughout the place, including central radiator heating, floor heating, and AC in the bedroom for additional heating. Nearest bus stop is very close, metro station is a few hundred meters away. 15 minute walk to the Colosseum. Internet was very fast and stable.
Cons: Our room was supposed to have a garden view thinking it would be quiet. However, it actually had street view and was street facing. The noise at night was unbearable and made it really difficult to sleep from the loud traffic that would never stop. It was very difficult to get rest and sleep at night, especially if you are a light sleeper like me. The windows are single layer glass and provide almost very little noise cancellation. The rooms on the other side of the building are away from the street and facing the park and those would be amazing to stay at.

Palm garden escape in the hearth of Rome
Pros: An excellent location - 7 minutes walking distance to Termini train station but not the feeling of its wear and tear and rush, 15 min to Colosseum. Impressive entrance with palm garden. Well renovated apartment, heating inside, garden views, tranquil. Smooth check in - Francesco was on time, we got handful of advice for best places nearby. Daily cleaning service. Small fridge with water and juice refreshments. Right across the street a great food store and superb cafe. In the near proximity - Basilica Papale di Santa Maria Maggiore - worth visiting inn the mornings or evenings to skip the crowds and to see amazing, magnificent interior, especially floor mosaics.
Cons: A little things would upgrade this space to excellent - a trays for soap in bathroom and shower, a slightly lover clothes hanger. Although its not a self catering apartment with kitchen, some decent glasses for wine, few dishes - plates and cutlery would add to a home feeling.

Fabulous location in Roma!
Pros: We had a fabulous stay in this lovely property! The accommodation is stylish, bright, very clean and spacious with all the facilities you could need. Surrounded by lovely gardens and birds. It really is just beyond the Colosseum so made it the perfect location for our few days in Rome. Plenty of cute places to eat nearby and a supermarket across the street.
Cons: Really it was delightful the only thing I found slightly tricky was the front door key!
