Great for a weekend

Pros: Clean, good bed, not far from the main railway station, the Coliseum and the Cavour stations

Cons: No safe in the room and street is quite busy.

Little Gem in the heart of Roma

Pros: Extremely clean and modern. Great window to look out. Our host even gave us a little welcome pack with Tote bag and a couple of souvenirs! Centrally located. Would definitely stay here again.

Cons: Bed was ok, but a little hard. No TV, but that was not a problem for us, as we we sightseeing until dark.

Fabulous location to explore Rome from

Pros: Great location to base yourself near Roma Termini rail station. The room was clean and functional and it was great to have a lift to our level.

Cons: Probably on the expensive side given that it really is just a room and bathroom - but I guess it is a busy capital city. I found the bed a bit firm and on our second night there was no hot water! The traffic and local noises were evident from our room on the street - so perhaps ask for a different room!

Pros: Good location - was able to walk from train station and to restaurants and attractions. Room was clean and compact which was fine for us as only there one night. If you are planning on spending more time in your room you may prefer something a little more spacious.

Good location!

Pros: The location is perfect, close to the main Train Station and all the highlights of the City. The staff was very friendly and the communication before was good.

Cons: The beds are a bit hard, but the pillow was really nice.

Great location and comfortable clean facilities.

Pros: The location was very good, only a 10 min walk from the main train station and it was easy to find our way around the city from our accommodation. Also lots of places to eat and drink within easy reach. Our room had excellent air-conditioning and good lighting, in the correct places. Free bottles of water which you could have replaced daily was good too and there are ample free water filling fountains around the city to refill if necessary. Not noisy at night even through the floor to ceiling French doors. The young couple who have run the guest house for only1 year have done a great job and are very helpful. They kindly organised our fuss free transfer to the airport too.

Cons: We were pleased with pretty much everything and our single issue with the bathroom sink tap was sorted very promptly. Well done.

Great stay - highly recommended.

Pros: The staff are very polite and friendly. The location of May House is superb. Close to Rome main train station - 10 min walk. It is also a 10 mins walk from the Colosseum and the main attractions from there. The hotel is clean and comfortable and does the job for a 2-3 day stay in Rome. Around it there are plenty of cafes and restaurants as well as bus stops and the metro station - which takes 15 mins to go to the Vatican city. The room unfortunately, does not have a safe or TV and no toiletries are available. You need to have your own. I would certainly recommend this place.

Cons: No TV or safe. As a visitor for the first time in town. I would like to have that as well in the room.
