Pros: Very nice spacious apartment equipped with everything you need, can easily accommodate five people. Big balcony with plants and flowers offers beautiful view to the park area. The location is relatively quiet, not far from the metro station, has several food stores nearby and a flea market with nice old curios. Close park area is good for walk and relaxation after busy city excursions

Cons: Occasional loud sounds of over-accelerating motorbikes at night time, probably they used the park area for night riders

Pros: The apartament of Cristina has a wonderful view overlooking the park with big windows. The flat is very nice, with two comfortable beds in two separate bedrooms, and two bathrooms, a large kitchen with all the equipment you need for cooking, you don’t need to buy anything, even spices and olive oil is provided. Cristina is very welcoming, she even gave a us a delicious cake and fruits when we arrived. The flat is full of sun, and in the terrace you can relax and have a bit of dolce vita, with panoramic view. The nearby street has everything you need in Rome- all the shops, bars, restaurants, grocery shops like Castoro, the best gelato I have ever eaten in Agape which is 200 m away. We really enjoyed our stay with my wife and two kids, we all loved it there. Highly recommended!

Pros: Symphatische Vermieterin und unkomplizierte Kommunikation. Die Wohnung liegt nah an der gleichnamigen Metrostation, an und mit Blick auf einen riesigen Park mit vielen Geschäften und Restaurants in Laufnähe. Der Aufzug läßt einen den Blick in den Himmel von den gemütlichen Betten aus noch mal doppelt genießen. Wir kommen gern wieder!

Appartamento con tutti comfort e una bellissima vista

Pros: La struttura è spaziosa, pulita e con tutti i comfort; inoltre, la vista che si gode dal balcone è stupenda. La casa si trova in una posizione ottima, vicinissima a metro, bus e trenino che porta all’aeroporto. Infine, l’host è una persona estremamente carina, gentile, attenta e disponibile che ha reso il soggiorno ancor più bello… esperienza perfetta

Pros: Emplacement pratique (métro B accessible en 10 minutes à pieds environ, plusieurs lignes de bus au pied de l'immeuble) avec tous les commerces de proximité nécessaires à proximité immédiate. Hôte réactif, qui nous a bien arrangées à l'arrivée malgré un gros retard de vol et laisse à disposition tout le nécessaire (produits d'entretien et tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner). Logement avec ascenseur, lumineux, spacieux, bien équipé. Literie confortable. Deux salles de bains avec toilettes, deux terrasses dont une avec une magnifique vue dégagée sur un parc et joliment agrémentée de plantes. Je recommande très vivement !

Cons: Petit soucis de plomberie qui a pu être réglé facilement.
