A nice apartment in a quiet district
Pros: The apartment is located in a quiet neighbourhood a litte outside the center of the city, in walking distance to the metro. The metro permitted direct access to the biggest attractions of the city. The furniture is elegant and functional and left only few to be desired. The beds are spread over several rooms, there is one room with a king-size bed, one with a single bed and a living room with a sofa bed. The extraordinarily kind and courteous hostess provides the components for breakfast based on individual likings and is always available for questions. The kitchen is fully equipped and we prepared several dinners. A supermarket for self-supply is situated around the corner. We had a very comfortable and eased stay at \
Cons: Nothing really. It takes ~20 Minutes to go to the Colosseum.

Pros: Het appartement was erg netjes en had alles wat we nodig hadden. Daarnaast was het maar 10 minuutjes lopen naar de metro. In de buurt zaten ook een aantal leuke restaurantjes en de supermarkt was dichtbij.
Cons: Bij de boeking stond dat inchecken vanaf 11u kan. Dit bleek echter later niet het geval te zijn. We kregen een bericht dat we pas vanaf 16.30 konden inchecken. Gelukkig kon de host wat voor ons regelen zodat we uiteindelijk om 13u mochten inchecken.

Metróhoz közeli tökéletes lakás 5 fő részére, jó környéken!
Pros: Távol, és mégis közel. Szállástól a Colosseum metróval fél óra. Érkezéskor nagyon kedves meglepetés bekészítés fogadott a hűtőben, a lakás tökéletes volt számunkra. Szerencsénk volt, mivel utánunk nem jöttek rögtön vendégek, így a csomagokat délutánig a szálláson hagyhattuk, ez is segítség volt. A lakás közelében 2-3 perc sétányira nagyon jó fagyizó, pizzázó, és tiramisuzó bolt is található!
Cons: A szélső szobák szomszédjában szeretnek tv-zni - de erről a szállás nem tehet, egészen minimális probléma.

Pros: Appartement très bien équipé avec 3 chambres au premier étage, facilement accessible et parking gratuit à proximité, bonnes pizzerias et supermarchés tout près, tout le nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour à Rome ! Métro et bus à proximité. Quartier calme. Accueil et consignes claires à l'arrivée. Propriétaire réactive.
Cons: Le bâtiment est assez vieux et donc les appartements ne sont pas très bien isolés (on entend les voisins). Ce n’était pas clair avant notre arrivée que nous devrions payer une taxe de séjour en plus (très chère à Rome).

Excellent price-value ratio for a comfortable apartment outside the city centre
Pros: Comfortable apartment, great facilites, cleanliness, perfect for groups up to 4-5 people, good area, wonderful owner with delicious breakfast
Cons: Location was ok, though a bit far away from city centre. The nearest metro station is 10 minutes away by walk, which was a bit long with a lot of luggage. WiFi, microwave oven was missing.

Una piacevole sorpresa
Pros: La casa era accogliente e moderna, in un quartiere carino e soprattutto vicino alla metro grazie alla quale in 15 minuti arrivavamo al Colosseo. Coloro che gestivano la casa sono stati molto accoglienti e disponibili a risolvere in modo immediato qualsiasi problematica
