Pros: This is a good place to use as a base for a mid-length stay in Rome. The location is great, with a lot of good places to eat, the metro, and a park with facilities for children nearby.

Cons: The apartment has a patio, which was a great added value. However, the owner should take care of the grass a bit; then it would be just perfect.

We would love to come back to this place!

Pros: The apartment was very nice looking and clean. We especially loved the outdoor area. Everything looked as good as it did in the photos. The neighbourhood seemed safe and peaceful. The localization was great, beacause the apartment was close to the metro station. The host was very nice and did a great job.

Pros: Worth for money. Metro conca d’oro station is 5 minutes walking distance and also the public underground cheapest parking. Clean and neat small apartment with a small garden fully equipped kitchen. Washing machine,iron is also available. Suitable for a family or two couples

Cons: We stayed two nights but cleaning didn’t done after first day. They must be flexible with the time guests arriving. I think they don’t have much experience with this field
