Great apartment, helpful hosts, good value for money.

Pros: The location and the spacious apartment. We were tree people and there was plenty of room. We had breakfast at the nearby cafe that we liked. Overall, a very enjoyable stay.

Cons: Everything was great, especially for a short stay. I don't have any recommendation in this regard. Maybe the check out at 10:00 in the morning was a bit early.

Pros: Great location, quiet safe streets, and near tram line. Good communication with owner. Comfortable bed.

Cons: There could be a bit more kitchen equipment provided, eg. another saucepan, but otherwise all fine.

exceptional family time in Rome!!!

Pros: The location is perfect!! 20 minutes walk to the Coliseum. Metro station ar 5 minutes.

Cons: The apartment has all the comforts of a hotel. Roberto and the rest of the team are very friendly and guarantee you a pleasant stay in Rome. The apartment space and the atmosphere are great!!

Very comfortable, safe place to stay in Rome.

Pros: Very kind and friendly host who was gracious even though my arrival at the property was delayed by late flights and missed bus connection. Bed was extremely comfortable, great shower, strong wi-fi, safe location.

Cons: I know it's a small thing but I would love to have had some sort of chair to sit in (other than the desk chair). To do anything I had to prop up piillows and sit up on the bed.

Pros: The apartment is excellent, well located, and has everything you need to visit Rome. You will be welcomed with champagne, and all the information about the neighborhood. The breakfast at Caffè Italia is very good. I highly recommend it.

Don´t miss this one out!

Pros: I have traveled round the world, and I have never met nicer hosts than Fabrizio and Roberto! They made us feel like we are part of their family, waited for us at night when our plane was delayed, explained everything, and gave us tips of what to do and see in Rome. You really should rent this place just for the sake of meeting these guys! 😊 Also, the apartment is in a nice quiet neighborhood in a beautiful building with a very cool lift, has a lot of equipment, super comfortable mattresses and a great plus also is amazing breakfast in Caffé Italia! Ancora una volta, grazie mille gentili Fratelli Fabrizio a Roberto! Tanti saluti da Praga!

Pros: Both beds were very comfortable Fabrizio is a very gracious host who meet us at 8pm at night Breakfast at the local cafe was very nice and a short walk to Sam Giovanni train station quiet neighbourhood and property well secured
