Awesome flat

Pros: The flat is completely new and Sara is super nice and flexible. It is well located and very nice. The rooms are big.

Cons: Unfortunately we were 5 and there was not always hot water, but Sara warned us that could happen.

Immaculate flat, well worth stay

Pros: First of all, our host Sara has been amazing, she is very helpful and nice. The flat is newly/ well decorated and bright. All the facilities are in good working order. The supply of amenities is very generous. Everything in the flat is immaculate. It’s well worth the stay for the three nights in Rome.

Cons: It’s a bit of 10 minutes walk to the nearest metro station. Most of the time we walk to visit the places. A pleasant 25 minutes walks to the Colosseum.

Pros: The apartment's location was perfect, with tram stop 3 (towards the Colosseum) and bus stops 81 and 87 (towards Castel Sant'Angelo and St. Peter's Square) very close by, and Termini about a 15-minute walk away. Gelateria Fassi (which no one should miss) is a 10-minute walk away. The apartment is beautiful and has all the necessary amenities. Sara is very kind and helpful, and when we had questions, she responded almost immediately. Everything was 10/10!

Cons: Nothing. It was a beautiful apartment in a convenient location.

Pros: Struttura perfetta per un soggiorno a Roma in ottima zona. Sara una host impeccabile e casa veramente splendida

Cons: Purtroppo il citofono non funziona e per gli inquilini che hanno orari di accesso diversi potrebbe essere leggermente complicato. Vano scale un po’ buio
