The Great View

Great location, spectacular views!

Pros: The terrace with the spectacular view(!!!), watching the sunrise and the sunset... it was truly amazing! Very central with walking distance to sights, shops, restaurants... We spent most of the time outside, and absolutely loved it. Church bells going off in the morning, watching the city come to life... No better place to have your morning coffee! Really nice space and nice furnitire too. (A couple of sun loungers would be an added bonus.) The bedroom was nice too, with a little balcony. You can lay in bed while looking at the Colosseum. Amazing.

Cons: There was scaffolding and construction workers om the roof, but didn't bother us as much as I was afraid of. The tiny, run down kitchen has very few cups, glasses etc. With such an amazing view, they should maybe extend the kitchen out to where the washing machine is. Not bad doing laundry with that view though. The living room is pretty gloomy and run down. It could do with some painting and more practical furniture/storage units. And as there is enough space for a bed there, it would have been nice to have that instead of (or as well as) the old sofa bed. The entance/outside hallway could look a little more inviting as well.

Pros: Można było zostawić sobie wcześniej rzeczy, po obiekcie oprowadził nas przesympatyczny człowiek, wszystko wyjaśnił i był bardzo miły i otwarty na pytania. Lokalizacja świetna, wszędzie blisko i bezpiecznie.

Cons: Nie działało nam wi-fi i było trochę zimno miejscami.

Traumhafte Wohnung mit Mängeln die man mit wenig Geld besser machen kann.

Pros: Die Wohnung ist ein Traum und der Ausblick Atemberaubend.

Cons: Das Schlafsofa ist eine Zumutung schlimmer geht es nicht. In der Küche sollten ein paar Gewürze wie Salz und Pfeffer Öl und Essig vorhanden sein. Die Wohnung über der Wohnung wird gerade Saniert und man hat Baustellenlärm ab 07:00 Uhr morgens.

Pros: Просторная и уютная квартира с идеальным расположением. Многие достопримечательности в шаговой доступности. И самое главное балкон- терраса с невероятным видом. Этот вид надо видеть! Мы были в восторге. Нас встретил очень дружелюбный мужчина, было очень приятно

Pros: Huoneiston sijainti oli loistava, samoin iso, aurinkoinen terassi.

Cons: Wifi oli surkea ja toimi harvoin. Itse huoneiston yleisilme oli vanhahko ja epäkäytännöllinen.

Pros: We loved how central yet quiet the apartment was—perfectly located for exploring Rome, but tucked away enough to feel peaceful. The highlight was definitely the terrace. We practically lived out there! It was the perfect spot to unwind after long days of sightseeing, with a stunning view that made every moment feel special. The kitchen was spotless and well-equipped, with everything we needed—including coffee for the day, which was a lovely touch. The bedroom had a second balcony with an incredible view and breathtaking sunsets. It really added to the charm of the place.

Cons: Unfortunately, the sofa bed for the 3rd guests in the living room was quite uncomfortable. It wasn’t flat and had uneven bumps that made it hard to sleep. Additionally, the air conditioner in the living room blew directly onto the bed, so keeping it on all night didn’t feel healthy. But turning it off wasn’t really an option either, since the room became unbearably hot.

Pros: The amazing few. The layout of the apartment. Views from inside. Spacious.

Cons: Cleaning person was still there cleaning after check in time. Didn’t leave enough towels and toilet paper for 4 nights. Had to message them later but the management company was late to respond. We managed to make it comfortable and bought our own toilet paper first. Could use new furniture, at least the couch/pull out bed. Needed, dishwashing liquid for when to wash the dishes. Could use a microwave, but it’s ok, we used the pan to heat our food. Only 2 people at a time on the elevator (old but fun experience)

We had a better stay for our first time in Rome than we even imagined!

Pros: The balcony/the view/location to everything we wanted to see and more/responsiveness of management

Cons: Nothing was an issue enough to deter us from wanting to come back!! Small things! -neither the iron or steam iron worked -directions to use washer would have helped -a dryer for our wet washed clothes -there were tiny ants on/under table upstairs and in bathroom and kitchen but these don’t disturb us and management was on it!
