Great location, lovely room, would recommend!

Pros: Amazing location, the room was clean and looked lovely. Had no issues with checking in at all. There is also a small common kitchen area with a fridge, plastic utensils, coffee, tea, and even pastries for everyone. Would recommend!

Cons: It was a bit unclear at the beginning where to leave the tourist tax payment, but was able to clear it up by messaging the host (just leave it in your room)

Pros: Everything was pretty good. Thank you. There was electric kettle and coffee/tea, that was pleasant surprise.

Cons: If you want to improve your place even more it would be perfect to have small kitchen.

Pros: The place was very clean and the location was great. Also my room was upgraded which was a pleasant surprise :)

Cons: Would be nice to have slipperies in the rooms. The ground is stone and you have to leave outside of the room to get to the bathroom.

Nice short stay for one night before we left Rome.

Pros: Good location close to Roma Termini train station, about a 5min walk. Nice staff and facilities.

Cons: Only stayed one night following a group trip so didn’t notice many negatives about the property

Clean and comfortable.

Pros: The property was clean, spacious and welcoming. Location of property to the Termini (Rome central train station) was perfect about 7 minute walk to the station/bus/metro so really convenient for travel into Rome.

Cons: On booking.com I paid €47 for one night. On arrival I was asked for another €7 in cash for tax. This I could not understand. I believe it is €7 per night per person. This adds to the cost so travellers please be careful. There should not be any hidden costs. In particular, all charges must be taken at the point of booking.
