Pros: Everything, from great location, amazing breakfast in the room and I must mention Carmelina, who was super friendly and made us feel like family.

Pros: Location was very convenient, the bed very comfortable

Cons: The breakfast was not buffet breakfast but pre-ordered the day before

Pros: We are so glad we chose to stay here; it was truly excellent. We were particularly impressed with the thoughtful little details - shoe horn, tissues, makeup kit, shaving kit, etc etc, and it was immaculately clean and well positioned. Breakfast was excellent as well.

Pros: Comfortable beds, bottle of water each replaced every day, loads of coat and skirt hangers, discount voucher for excellent restaurant next door. Close to public transport and handy for major sites.

Gem of a hotel

Pros: Staff were very friendly and considerate and went out of their way to help. The room was in good condition. The location is excellent for the train station and has several very good restaurants within a few minutes walk, including a 100% vegan restaurant which does takeaway and a very good Indian restaurant. Also a good mini market nearby ,(Gregory's).

Cons: On the 4th floor , but there is an elevator.

A home away from home. Friendly and respectful hotel staff treats you like a family.

Pros: The room is spotlessly clean and quite pleasing to the eye the whole time we spent in this hotel. Linens were changed everyday. Toiletries were replenished daily without the need to request. The bathroom looks like new. Breakfast which you pre-selected from good a array of choices is good and quite abundant. It is delivered to your room at your preferred time. I have found an advantage of not having to go to a buffet room for breakfast as you can take it while preparing for your booked tours for the day, a good thing if you are under time pressure. It is a safe location and is very convenient, near to Termini central station, convenient stores and shops. The restaurant beside this hotel serves great food at reasonable prices. It is our best choice for a place to be for dinner when our day spent sightseeing ended early. I will definitely stay in this hotel when I visit Rome again. I will recommend this hotel to friends / colleagues who will be visiting Rome.

Cons: I don't have anything negative to write about this hotel. Maybe the elevator which is quite small. But as it is working and in good condition and we are not claustrophobic, there is no issue.
