I would strongly recommend this place
Pros: Everything about the accommodation is great! Elena is super helpful
Cons: The area itself you just have to be a little on alert as it’s near the train station. But it’s a convenient and central locations!

Home away from home
Pros: The area is generally safe, Less than 10 mins walk to Roma Termini, close to tourist sites as it was easy to get the metro from Roma Termini, some sites you can walk maybe around 15-20 mins walk which I didn’t mind, there was a really good and highly reviewed restaurant next to the place and that was really convenient, there were plenty of restaurants and shops surrounding the property, the room was clean and had a very cute decor, AC was working well, plenty of space for luggage, quiet area, coffee and tea was available, room was cleaned everyday which was really nice, the host was really responsive and answered my questions properly and also gave some recommendations about some of my queries, the host was also really understanding regarding my check out time and allowed me to stay a couple more hours just to get ready, i will definitely book this place again, very good value for money
Cons: None

All in all it was exactly what we needed :)
Pros: I went to this place with a friend, which wasn't planned at first and Alena (host) was very helpful and accepted that a second person would stay. was so so sweet! She came to meet us and chat for a bit. We really felt welcome, which was amazing! The apartment is very small but clean and you could find everything you'll need. There was even a small shared kitchen that you can use. It's situated pretty close to everything in town, for example 25min walking distance to rhe parc of Galleria Borghese. The trains are 5-10min walking distance, which is very practical. Honestly we couldn't have found something better!
Cons: It was smaller than expected but in my opinion that was no problem at all as ee had everything we needed.

1 day in Rome
Pros: It is room in the 3 room’s apartment in living building located on a quite street of a charming neighbourhood of Termini. Host was in touch by WhatsApp all the time, nice woman met us and showed everything. Room was spotless clean with nice decoration, comfortable big bed, well equipped bathroom and coffee/tea point on a common area of apartment. They also give you coupon for breakfast in the bar just in front of b&b with tasty Italian breakfast.
Cons: No water for drink, just consider it. And no elevator. But it’s minor minuses compared to kindness and welcoming

Exceptional experience
Pros: We stayed for only 3 days, but we're definitely coming back when we revisit Rome! The B&B is amazing. It's super close to Termini Station (5 mins walking), the room is very nice, the bed is comfortable, and it has everything you need. The owner is super super nice, she helped us carry the luggage to the room (since there's no elevator but it wasn't a problem, the stairs are easy) and the breakfast is served as a coupon you redeem in the bar next to the B&B and you have a lot of options and the owner of the bar is very friendly and flexible. The street is super safe and clean, and I recommend it to young women (since we were two young sisters traveling alone and we felt very safe), and there is a restaurant under the B&B very nice and very tasty and it opens until midnight. I highly recommend this place, and if I could give it a 20 out of 10, I would.
