Pros: Location is just excellent. Very cozy place to stay for a short time period. Lovely staff.

Cons: My room happened to be next to the main door of the apartment, so I heard every person's movement in the apartment, mainly in the shared kitchen (which was in use a lot) and main door opening/closing. One group arrived around 2am and it was very loud for a while. Although, reading previous reviews I was aware this could happen. My keycard also stopped working suddenly (midday) and I didn't get reply in whatsapp number provided and no one was in the reception for at least 1hr that I waited there. However, two lovely cleaning ladies ended up helping me and sorted it out, so thumbs up for them 😊 No major issues, but just small inconveniences. Would come again.

Exceptional service and fantastic location.

Pros: The property was clean, quiet, central to all the major attractions we wanted to see. We walked each day. Only caught the train once to the Vatican. Otherwise we loved the location for ultimate convenience. The guy looking after us was extremely friendly and very helpful. He is a real asset to your business. Overall value for money whilst offering safety and contentment. We would highly recommend this place to anyone travelling on a reasonable budget.

Pros: We stayed only 3 nights in this apartment, and it was definitely great 👍 The room looked just like in the photos and had everything we needed for our stay. Our room was cleaned every day, and the staff was very friendly. We also had free breakfast every day in a small local café, which was a nice and unexpected surprise - there was no information about it on Booking, so thank you! 🩷 I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Rome next time

Pros: Location is excellent, staff were extremely helpful and friendly, contact by What's App made everything very easy! Apartment is very modern, clean, added bonus of tea, coffee, biscuits and bits for breakfast! Would highly recommend and would stay again.

Would stay again but not the best neighbourhood

Pros: Very pretty, they tidied the room every day and got us fresh croissants and coffee.The location was near the station termini (6 min walking) and there were many bus stops nearby

Cons: The location even though near a metro station wasn’t a very nice neighbourhood. We were a little bit scared to return to the room at night, a taxi driver told us it is a little bit dangerous at night there

Pros: Very good location! Our host was very nice and helpful, we could also leave our luggage after we checked-out.

Pros: Like - right above an amazing restaurant LA Famiglia with really good food. 10 minutes max walking distance from bus stops and train station making most of Rome very accessible. And the breakfast croissant was a surprisingly good addition because of how full our itinerary was daily. It was good to start the day with something in our stomach.

Pros: Extremely kind and helpful stuff. For breakfast there was coffee and cornetto (very tasty and everyday fresh).

Pros: The room was nice and comfortable, tidied daily and there is a common kitchen area for anyone who would like to use it. The location is very close to the central train and metro station, with many restaurants and markets nearby. But it was the kindness of all of the employees that stood out the most, every single person was truly lovely and eager to help! I would recommend this accomodation to anyone looking for a good value for money accommodation in Rome!
