Good place for family - photos on booking are real

Pros: 1. Everything clean and in good condition 2. English speaking owner - available in every single moment I asked something 3. 8min walk to Underground - 15min to Colloseum - 15min to Termini 4. Playgound with fence for children on opposite side of street - 2min walk 5, Regular shop for Italians with good prices 2 min walk 6. We used 2 rooms (one with kitchen) fir 2 adults and 2 childrens 7. In general it's quiet place We are very happy with that place and recommend to everytone who is looking for room in Rome.

Cons: Owner can add electric kettle into kitchen :)

Pros: Apartments are really great and clean. Also very good-located. 10/10 But we couldn’t get to apartments and we had to wait for 2 hours, so the owner came and opened it for us. It was not that great.

Buena, lo recomiendo!

Pros: Estaba muy limpio, es muy acogedor, queda cerca del coliseo y tiene buena comunicacion con el tranvia, autobuses y metro, tiene supermecardos, restaurantes y cafeterías alrededor

Cons: La ducha le falta presión el agua caliente y el colchón matrimonial un poco duro

Super appartement , bien situé. On a adoré

Pros: L’appartement est vraiment trop bien , nous avons logé à 4 personnes pendant 3 jours , tout était parfait . Il est très propre , et bien équipé . Il se situe dans un quartier très calme avec toute les commodités nécessaire aux alentours. Il y a plein de place de parking tout autours pour un tarif plus que raisonnable.Le vrai plus est la proximité du métro qui nous permet de faire toutes les visites du centre historique même plus . L’hôte nous a accueilli avec le sourire et tout expliqué à notre arrivée. Si nous revenons à Rome , nous serions direct où se loger !

Cons: Le bruit du TRAM fait un peu trembler l’appartement mais nous on a trouvé ça drôle 😂🤗

Pros: Nedidelis, bet labai jaukus butukas. Gera vieta, arti viešasis transportas. Patiko ir tai, kad patogiu metu galima patekti į butą, t. y. nereikia derinti gyvo susitikimo raktų perdavimui.

Cons: Būtų smagu, kad būtų daugiau dušo želė ir šampūno 😉 taip pat keli gilesni indai, pvz. sausiems pusryčiams ir keletą prieskonių - aliejus, pipirai (druskos radom:)

Pros: L'appartement est très beau, propre et confortable, sécurisé. J'ai apprécié la petite attention dans la cuisine : des dosettes de café et du thé à disposition. Le propriétaire est joignable très facilement.
