Pros: The apartment is quite spacious, there is plenty space for clothes and personal things. It is really comfortable and pleasant. It is not far from bus stations.

Cons: The front door has a difficult lock and it is hard to lock and unlock the door.

Pros: Very calm and safe location, close to Train station.

Cons: One room the AC machine was having an issue and it was very loud and it was a bit difficult to sleep I am sure it is fixable other than that very happy with the property.

Pros: Giampiero is a great host 🙂 the aparment is very clean and also, very spacious and perfect for a family stay. the kitchen is well-equipped. famous sights are in a healthy walk's distance or can be reached via public transport easily.

Cons: For us, the beds were not so comfortable and the bedrooms' are on the side of the building that is close to a main road that is quite noisy even during the nights.

Pros: The apartment is spacious & in a good location. 20 mins walk from main Rome Terimini station. 10 mins from Metro station. There are a group of good restaurants 10 min walk.

Pros: comfortable warm and clean beds. All the requirements in the kitchen.

Cons: No plug for the sink or the bidet I couldn't open my bedroom shutter.

Pros: Very good location, with car park what os important in Rome. Apartment is big and full equiped, contact with the Staff was excellent. The locasion was also great, about 20 minutes walk to coloseo. We spend there great 5 days.

Pros: המיקום היה טוב מאוד, זהו אני חושב. יש בעיה עם חניה , השארנו את הרכב שלנו בחניה , יומיים מהפחד שלא יהיה איפא להחנות , נסענו עם מוניות , חבל שכתוב חניה ובפועל אין,

Cons: אין מזגנים , קר מאוד מאוד, הבעלים מנסה לצאת מגדרו על מנת להיות נחמד,,,, הוא נחמד בגדול, ההתעסקות עם הכסף לא נעימה בלשון המעטה,,, ככה הרגשתי (דעתי )

Cons: L'appartement donne sur un axe de circulation, donc cela peut être bruyant si on ouvre les fenêtres. Cela ne nous a pas derangés mais peut être un critère pour d'autres locataires.
