Exactly what we wanted and expected.
Pros: Very comfortable apartment with all the amenities - fully equipped kitchen with induction plates, nespresso machine with capsules, washer, dryer, dishwasher. Two bathrooms with hair dryers and shower gels. Sparking clean and quiet. Large screen smart TV in the living room and smaller TVs in the other rooms. Nice clean entrance, fourth floor with nice view and always working elevator. Good supermarket, traditional bakery and trattoria accross the street. 10 minutes to the subway station, circular bus, and tram to Trastevere. Nice hosts, reacting within minutes to Whatsapp.
Cons: Didn't matter for us, but to be noted - to reach the historic center you have to take public transportation and they could be crowded in rush hour (the subway). A toaster would be a good addition.

Excellent and beautiful stay
Pros: Excellent location, super clean and very comfortable stay. We had a amazing stay here, all the facilities were excellent. It’s 8 mins walk to the nearest metro station marzoni and just 2 stops away from roma termini. View from the apartment is beautiful. Owner has provided all the necessary information for the rome city tour and he was very helpful. Lift option available too.
Cons: May be one nameplate on the door of apartment , to easily locate it.

Spacious apartment in a great location.
Pros: Fantastic spacious apartment, and amazing host. Everything was perfect, the whole place is clean and like new. We throughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended.

Pros: A very clean and fully equipped apartment, in a very good area, close to transport, with restaurants and shops nearby. Congratulations to the host for his kindness and last but not least, for letting us know in time that we had forgotten some personal items at the apartment and waiting for us to go and get them. I highly recommend this apartment!

I'd definitely recommend.
Pros: Everything was just excellent. The location is good, the apartment with its facilities is great. We really enjoyed ourselves for 4 days in Rome. Giuliano has been very welcoming and helped us check in and settle in quite well. Clean, good facilities, everything you need for a nice stay in Rome.
Cons: Everything was enjoyable.

Pros: Le logement était parfait. Un excellent rapport qualité/ prix. Giuliano et sa femme sont charmants. Le logement était extrêmement propre. Très bien équipé avec toutes les palteformes de streaming, les pastilles lave vaisselle et la lessive. Nous sommes restés plusieurs semaines et avons eu des serviettes de toilettes et des draps supplémentaires. À notre arrivée, nous avons eu le plaisir de découvrir une corbeille de fruits frais, du champagne et deux petits déjeuners offerts. Cerise sur le gâteau : les commerces au pied de l'immeuble sont très pratiques, abordables et le personnel est charmant.

Perfekt!
Pros: Eine wunderschöne, modern eingerichtete Ferienwohnung zum Wohlfühlen! Sehr freundlicher Empfang von Guilano, es gab sogar ein Begrüssungssekt! Die Wohnung hat 2 Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder, was perfekt war, da wir zu dritt gereist sind! Supermarkt und Bäcker sind um die Ecke und es gibt ausreichend Restaurants in der Umgebung!

Pros: Appartamento bellissimo, pulito e curato nel minimo dettaglio. Distanza dal Colosseo 15 minuti a piedi e alla metro Manzoni 8 minuti. Sotto all'appartamento trovi bar, ristoranti e supermarket. I proprietari gentilissimi ci hanno dato tutte le informazioni necessarie sia per muoverci che per mangiare. Torneremo sicuramente alla prossima vacanza a Roma. Consigliatissimo.
Cons: Non c'è nulla che non ci è piaciuto.
