Pros: We had a truly wonderful stay! Everything was perfect from the very beginning. The hostess was absolutely amazing — so kind, helpful and always available if we needed anything. We were personally welcomed on arrival, allowed to check in a bit earlier, and even check out a little later, which we really appreciated. Communication was easy and quick at all times. We were also lucky with the weather, so we could fully enjoy the cozy terrace — it was such a lovely place to relax. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable and special. We would happily come back! 💛

Boutique break in central Rome.

Pros: Super central location. We liked the historic building and characterful furniture and design. Great to have a small kitchen. Bathroom stylish with mirror, funky lampshade and tiled shower.

Cons: Patio - overlooked and accessed by windows. Felt a little dark.

Pros: Check in was very smooth, kenzie is great and has excellent communication skills. Location was perfect, in the center 2 min walk to via del corso, 5 min to spanish stairs and 10 min to trevi fountain. Apartment was really nice

Cons: Shower is a bit old, needs a new shower head, water pressure a bit weak

Pros: Clean tidy, had everything you needed, in a great location, comfortable. Perfect

Cons: The lights were a bit all over the place, and the room got warm during the warm weather but there is an aircon machine which I didn’t use, it is central so can be noisy outside but quiet when you close windows.

Fantastic location, great facilities and an awesome host

Pros: Great location right in the centre of Roma. Safe and secure, Simone is a great host helping us organise transfers etc, ready with good suggestions on what to visit and where to eat. The apartment is lovely, decorated beautifully with a cute balcony, and a lovely antique vibe.
