B&B La Porta

no frills B&B which offers great value for money

Pros: The B&B is located in a quiet location which is around 10 minutes walk from the metro and Tiburtina train station. We arrived at an early morning flight in Rome and we reached the hotel around 10. The room was being cleaned and it took an hour for it to ready. The stay was comfortable and and they also gave a voucher for breakfast from the nearby cafeteria (Croissant and coffee). We would recommend this place as it was value for money.

Cons: There was some sound of fireworks in the night, which slightly disturbed our sleep.

Pros: Wonderful beds, nice cool AC, great restaurants in area.

Cons: There was a mosquito in our room, lol

Pros: As we were arriving later in the evening the locked box at the gate was an excellent idea. Staff were very friendly and helpful in organizing cabs etc. The breakfast vouchers are a very good idea.

Cons: Nothing really. We were very happy with the location and accommodation.

Pros: We really enjoyed the stay at this hotel. It's placed in a nice area, both train and metro station is close, supermarket just a few minutes of walk. It was also quiet at nights there. The room was nice and clean, the staff very kind and helpful. Breakfasts are served in a cafe place round the corner, so you can feel like a local, have a taste of the great Italian coffee and delicious fresh croissants.

Good value for money

Pros: Great location (between Piazza Bologna and Tiburtina Station), clean place

A clean, comfortable, family run B&B nicely located just outside the hectic tourist zone

Pros: The family that runs the B&B are very friendly. Excellent communication before and during the stay. Room was basically equipped with microwave, kettle and little fridge. Table and chairs for having snacks etc. Location was out of the frantic center a little bit which we liked - 8 minute walk to Bologna Metro and about 11 minutes to Tiburtina train station. Numerous bars and restaurants within a short stroll and Conad was across the street for our snack/drink needs. They easily accommodated our arrival later in the day by leaving keys in a lock box for us (combination provided in advance). The fresh pastry & coffee for breakfast was at Stendal bar - which is a minute away around the corner of the building. Large comfortable bed. Considering there is 6 or 7 rooms - it was quite a quiet stay.

Pros: Very clean rooms , changing towels every day , stuff was there for all inquries. Near Metro and train stations so easy to travel around the city. Good value for money

Cons: Older beds , but comfortable

Pros: Miejsce dobrze skomunikowane z Centrum. Pieszo to około 45 minut. Pokój przestronny, wyposażony w aneks kuchenny, lodówkę, TV, suszarkę w łazience. Klimatyzacja.

Cons: Trochę odświeżenia pokoju zdecydowanie poprawiłoby wizerunek

Pros: alloggio in area tranquilla, ma a 2 passi da molti locali e dalla metro (linea B)

Pros: La proprietaria gentilissima, la struttura pulita e accogliente.
