Parfait pour visiter Rome

Pros: L’appartement est parfait pour passer quelques jours à Rome. Très bien placé, à quelques minutes de Trevi et du Panthéon, de la place d’Espagne, à proximité immédiate de la gare Termini par le métro Barberini. L’emplacement idéal permet de faire facilement des pauses pendant vos journées de visite. Le logement a été rénové récemment, tout semble neuf. C’est décoré avec goût (conformément aux photos), la literie est très confortable, il y a beaucoup de rangements, c’est bien pensé et bien équipé (climatisation, lave-linge, machine à café, bouilloire, etc.). Alors certes, on est au 4ème étage et l’ascenseur est très étroit, mais c’est justement le fait d’être au 4ème qui confère à l’appartement son principal atout : sa grande terrasse, appréciée du matin au soir. J’ajoute que nous avons été très bien reçus, échange faciles avec le loueur. Si je retourne à Rome, je reprends le même appartement sans hésiter.

Pros: Parfaitement bien placé, dans une rue calme, mais à côté de tous les sites touristiques. (Trevi, piazza di spagna, panthéon, villa Borghèse etc…)Tout est faisable à pied ! Le métro est à 5 minutes … Et le top c est la terrasse, tout est comme sur les photos ! Les hôtes sont Joignables à tout moment et super réactifs, Je recommande ! Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés !

Agréable pour un séjour à Rome

Pros: L’appartement est à proximité des transports en commun mais il est également non loin de plusieurs lieux touristiques à pied. La cuisine est bien équipée. Les photos sont conformes à la réalité. Nous avons également apprécié le coin terrasse pour nous reposer en fin de journée. Les propriétaires sont très aimables et disponibles par téléphone si besoin.

Pros: Случайно наткунулись на данные апартоменты на букинг. Хозяин очень доброжелательный. Всегда на связи. Полностью сопровождал нас до заселения. Дали рекомендации по вкусным ресторанам. Отмечу, что апартаменты очень легко найти. Находятся в 150 метрах от метро. Расположен на 4 этаже. Новый ремонт. Своя терраса, на кторой очень приятно провести время за бокалом вина. Есть все необходимое. Наше пребывание было великолепным.

Cons: Всё понравилось.

Super!

Pros: Nuovissima, pulitissima, in posizione super centrale e, comunque, in una via molto tranquilla. A due passi da Fontana di Trevi e Piazza di Spagna. E’ vicinissima alla metro Barberini. La casa si presenta esattamente come nelle foto. Anzi, direi meglio! La mattina ci siamo preparati la colazione sul terrazzo. Meraviglioso! La zona è piena di ristoranti carini. C’è solo l’imbarazzo della scelta. Biancheria da letto e da bagno di ottima qualità. Nel bagno ci hanno fatto trovare tutto l’occorrente. Doccia super. Siamo stati veramente bene. Torneremo e la consiglieremo sicuramente ai nostri amici.
