Very central location.
Pros: This is in a great location. Walking distance to most of the tourist attractions. I would certainly recommend it.
Cons: There are 74 steps to the front door which can be quite taxing. People just need to be aware of this. No tv in the lounge room either.

Excellent location clean comfortable apartment really enjoyed
Pros: Location was really good close to everything and metro etc if you needed to go further.
Cons: The stairs were the worse part although we got used to was really tiring by time you got to top especially after a long day of walking. We tended to go out for day and only go back later when finished for day

Amazing stay in a beautiful apartment with great hosts!
Pros: Extremely friendly host that met us late at the property with flight delays.

Cons: I know we booked a penthouse apartment but was expecting there to be a lift. In future it might be advisable to inform guests of the 52 stairs that are not suitable for elderly people

A second home in the heart of an amazing city.
Pros: Fantastic location, right in the heart of the city. Close to a metro station and within a decent walk of many of the most popular attractions. Extremely comfortable and well appointed, the apartment was our sanctuary at the end of each day. Our host was so welcoming and gave us great advice on where to visit and which restaurants to use. If you like Italian fashion, you're close to some great shopping areas too. We will definitely book again for our next visit. The apartment is on the fourth floor and there is no lift. This was not a problem for us, but felt it worth mentioning for those with mobility challenges.

Pros: La terraza del apartamento era ideal, desayuné todos los días ahí. La ubicación era espectacular, a 5 min de la fontana de Trevi, fui andando a todos lados. Las estaciones de Barberini y Termino también cerca andando. Y Arianna un encanto de persona, nos ayudó en todo y fue muy comprensiva

Pros: Die Terrasse des Appartements eignet sich hervorragend im die Abende zu verbringen.
Cons: Im Bad funktionierte die Dusche nicht optimal, außerdem gab es im Bad eine Geruchsbelästigung, wenn man nicht durchgehend lüftete bzw den Lüfter laufen ließ.

Pros: Die Lage ist toll. Ein paar Schritte zur Metro und zum Supermarkt. Trevibrunnen, Pantheon, Piazza Navona und die Spanische Treppe sind nicht weit weg. Jede Menge Lokale in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Straße ist grundsätzlich ruhig. Das Appartment ist groß genug, hinreichend ausgestattet und sauber. Die Klimaanlage hat im Schlafzimmer nicht funktioniert (oder wir haben uns zu doof angestellt). Es ist schön, dass es die Terrasse gibt, auch wenn man dort sicherlich nicht viel Zeit verbringt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war etwas seltsam. Eine Bombardierung mit Nachrichten über booking.com, in der jedes Mal dasselbe wieder erfragt wurde. Außerdem ein Durcheinander mit Telefonnummern, was die Erreichbarkeit vor Ort erschwert hat. Letztlich hat aber alles mit der Schlüsselübergabe geklappt.
Cons: Der Aufzug hat nicht funktioniert (4. Etage mit zwei schweren Koffern). Das Bett quietscht bei jeder Bewegung und die Matratze könnte mal ausgetauscht werden. Die Sitzmöbel (Sofa, Loungepolster) sind generell etwas in die Jahre gekommen und durchgesessen. Der Preis ist recht hoch; das wird wohl der Lage geschuldet sein. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl dort gefühlt.
