The property was good for a group of 6 but it was trickle to gain access to it.
Pros: The location was great for getting around the city and it was equipped with everything we needed.
Cons: The host did not answer a call or give straight answer to several questions. At the last minute they told us we needed to download apps for making payments and did not want credit card. Options like wire transfer or revolut. Also there was additional cleaning charge added that was 100 euros which was unexpected and wouldn't send code until money sent. Wouldn't let us in early i hour even though we requested early and no one was in unit. We sat outside and waited.

Pros: The apartment was inviting, clean and cosy for all 8 of us. We arrived with clear instructions from the host to a cosy abode that for us was pleasant. So close to the Trevi, Piazza di Spagna and palazzo Barberini (you can see the entrance from the street) The host responded to any queries promptly and kindly.

First time as a family in Rome was a happy one and everyone loved the area
Pros: Fabulous location for the major sights and shopping. Plenty of space for 5 and 2 bathrooms helped as well. Good kitchen and also lots of restaurants in the area - not all tourist restaurants either
Cons: Construction site in progress next door when we stayed, luckily not much work over Easter for most of our stay

Bello e in ottima posizione!
Pros: Ottima posizione comoda x raggiungere la metropolitana Linea 1 fermata Barberini (5 minuti) e luoghi come la Fontana di Trevi (10 minuti). Nei paraggi svariati locali dove mangiare, fare aperitivo e pub, supermercato abbastanza fornito. Appartamento bello e curato, all' apparenza pulito ma migliorabile... Comoda l' applicazione che sostituisce le chiavi (soprattutto essendo in tanti) ma non perfettamente funzionante. Riscontro del gestore dell' appartamento abbastanza celere ed educato. In casa abbiamo trovato sale, zucchero, caffè, tè, aceto, det. per lavatrice, per piatti a mano e 4 rotoli di carta igienica.
Cons: Riguardo alla pulizia si può migliorare (sotto i letti parecchia polvere, qualche ragnatela e svariate stoviglie sporche) L'app NUKI nel complesso ha funzionato ma ha dato parecchi problemi Gestione un po' rigida (early e late check in e check out disponibili solo a pagamento) e per poche ore di solo deposito bagagli richiesti 150 € (li abbiamo lasciati in uno dei molti depositi bagagli a 200 mt dall'appartamento all' andata e in stazione Termini al rientro per 5 € a bagaglio) Mancano spugne per cucina, magari uno strofinaccio o una presina e il detersivo per lavastoviglie. Noi sappiamo bene l'inglese quindi nessun problema ma abbiamo trovato \

Pros: Great location, very clean and instructions for entry was easy to follow
Cons: The only issue which was understandable do to another immediate booking was there was no place to leave our luggage for a few hours after our stay. But we were recommended by them to try the hotel on the corner and everything worked out great for only 5€ per bag

Impecable desde Paul hasta la instalaciones 😉
Pros: Súper buena la ubicación ! Paul supo solucionar algún inconveniente , siempre súper dispuesto ! Nos facilitó la forma de pago en efectivo ! Yo a mi modo de ver le pondría un 10 ! Porque cada pregunta a Paul hubo una respuesta y una solución ! 😘

Pros: A localização é o ponto forte, perto de tudo, quartos/camas bastante confortáveis, aquecimento na casa.
Cons: Controlo remoto das tvs sem pilhas o que impossibilitava o uso normal das mesmas.

Pros: El piso estaba bien, había espacio para todos y la ubicación estaba perfecta.
Cons: El dueño del apartamento nos intentaba cobrar pagos extra muchas veces sin ninguna razón. Nos culpó de hacer ruido en horas en las que no había nadie en el piso y nos culpó de un desperfecto del portal que repito, nosotros no habíamos causado. Además los métodos de pago eran un poco raros, o pagabas por medio de una aplicación externa a booking o en efectivo al momento, lo que era un poco incomodo, además de que no nos dio ningún recibo o comprobante de pago que demostrase que el apartamento ya estaba pagado.
