Pros: The location was perfect for getting around Rome, it was a short walk to the Trevi fountain and there was a great take away pizza restaurant next door to the flat. Check in was very easy and the host was extremely helpful. The property was also clean and had all the basics for a comfortable stay.
Cons: We personally would have preferred the TV to be in the lounge rather than the bedroom but as I say that's just a personal preference not a criticism.

Two nights family stay
Pros: Nice place, sufficient space, pleasant design, AC, extra bathroom, washing machine. Well located nearby metro and the Trevi fountain. Owners also fixed most things which people complained about previously (e.g. coffee capsules do fit the machine now :)
Cons: Maybe small things, e.g. don't forget to buy laundry detergent if you want to use the washing machine. But really, nothing major to dislike :)

Comfortable and convenient .
Pros: Handy location walkable to top sites. Bed was comfortable in main bedroom. Second sofa bed is in the living/kitchen area. Was able to make a cup of tea but no toaster. Fridge, washing machine and air cons all welcome comforts.
Cons: Main reason I chose apartment was because it stated “public parking available on site,no reservation needed, 4Euro per night. “ Never found it.

Отличные апартаменты , близко расположено ко всему
Pros: Апартаменты очень большие с двумя отдельными спальнями , очень уютно, лифты в Риме всегда маленькие , но все удобно было . Вид из окна шикарен , все очень близко. Хозяева очень внимательные , попросили тапочки -принесли , а так в доме все было. Выражаем спасибо за проживание , очень понравилось

Ubicación inmejorable en un apartamento muy cómodo
Pros: La ubicación maravillosa. Disponer de dos cuartos de baño y de un saloncito con cocina, aparte del dormitorio, nos dio mucho confort.
Cons: Ninguna pega. Para dos personas es estupendo. Me extrañó que no hubiera microondas pero lo suplimos con la placa de cocina.

Wir hatten wirklich eine tolle Zeit und eine sehr liebe Ansprechpartnerin die gut zu erreichen ist. Wir würden wiederkom
Pros: Die Lage ist wirklich super, man kann von hier aus alles zu Fuß machen. Auch der Ausblick von der Küche ist wunderschön. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und es gibt zwei Badezimmer. Auf der Couch in der Küche lässt es sich wunderbar schlafen wenn man nicht zu groß ist.
Cons: Für Menschen die etwas empfindlicher sind, ist die Unterkunft zu laut. Von den Nachbarn hört man den Fernseher und auf der Straße vor dem Haus ist sehr viel los. Der Check In war etwas kompliziert, uns wurde aber sehr gut geholfen.

Pros: De locatie was ideaal! Dichtbij de trevifontijn en de meeste leuke buurten waren max 30min wandelen. Het uitzicht aan de voorkant is top! Leuk dat er een tweede douche was en 2 toiletten. Een wasmachine en wasproduct was er ook, ideaal! De uitklap sofa/bed was best oké maar lag niet zo goed. Kan je niet verwachten van zo een bed natuurlijk.
Cons: We hadden best iets meer keukengerei kunnen gebruiken. Er lagen maar 2 vorken en weinig glazen. De koffie pads voor in de koffiemachine waren niet de juiste, dus hadden we de laatste dagen geen koffie. Geen erge dingen, maar goed om mee te nemen voor de eigenaar.
