Perfect

Pros: The apartment is very clean and comfortable. It’s in a quiet area, only about 8–10 minutes’ walk from the Colosseum. The facilities are great and quite new, there’s an induction stove, cookware, and dishes available. The air conditioning works very well. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Highly recommended.

Pros: Ho soggiornato in questo appartamento nel quartiere Celio a Roma e l’esperienza è stata davvero molto positiva: 9/10 meritatissimo! La posizione è semplicemente fantastica, in una zona tranquilla ma centralissima, a due passi dal Colosseo e ben collegata con il resto della città. Il quartiere è affascinante, autentico e meno caotico rispetto ad altre aree più turistiche, perfetto per vivere Roma in modo più rilassato. L’appartamento è accogliente, pulito e arredato con gusto. Gli spazi sono ben organizzati e funzionali, il letto comodissimo e la cucina fornita di tutto il necessario. Ottima anche la connessione Wi-Fi, stabile e veloce. Si percepisce attenzione ai dettagli e cura per gli ospiti. Nel complesso, soluzione super consigliata per chi vuole visitare Roma soggiornando in una zona elegante, storica e ben servita. Ci tornerei volentieri!

Pros: La struttura si trova in una posizione ottima! Gli spazi sono ben curati e l’ambiente è accogliente. Un ringraziamento particolare va a Chiara, che con la sua gentilezza e disponibilità ha reso il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Consiglio vivamente!!!

Pros: Это был мой первый раз в Риме и Италии и сразу же такое бинго. Спасибо огромное хозяевам квартиры. Очень уютно, все очень удобно. Рядом прекрасные заведения. До колизея пешком 6 минут. Обязательно вернусь снова. Супертоп!

Clean and nice near Colosseum but beware of dog barking and extras not included like baggage drop off early or TP.

Pros: It was clean and new and had a good number of amenities and a great location close to the Colosseum.

Cons: They didn’t provide toilet paper or extra towels. No fan in washroom. Dog from another apartment barked at all hours constantly. Only vacation rental out of our four that didn’t provide an early check in or a baggage drop off option.

A very nice spot for a trip with a friend or family member

Pros: Personally, I liked the compactness of the place, including everything one might need, from a large bed to a kitchenette, to a smart TV.

Cons: Realistically, the location is a little secluded, but overall not too bad, with most walks taking around 20 to 30 minutes (without using public transport) to most places and landmarks around the city, with the Colosseo being just 7 minutes away.
