Worth staying, great experience, feeling local vibes
Pros: We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was nice, clean and very cosy, perfect for a short city break. The neighbourhood seemed a bit dodgy at first, but it actually turned out to have a great local vibe, with a few charming bars and cafés just around the corner. The host was very friendly, kind and responsive, which made everything easy and pleasant. We would happily stay here again!

Pros: The apartment is small but cozy, located in a local part of Rome with both bus and metro connections nearby. It’s clean, nicely decorated, and everything works properly. The kitchen, although tiny, has all the basics you need for breakfast and even some thoughtful extras like coffee capsules, salt, pepper, oil, a few spices, toast packets, tea, and cereal. The neighborhood is quiet, with shops and a few restaurants close by. Communication with the host was excellent – very friendly, quick, and helpful.
Cons: The apartment is more suitable for two people than for four, but we managed fine. Although it’s not far from the city center, public transport takes more than half an hour to get there, sometimes even up to an hour, especially by bus. There’s also limited storage space for clothes – we had to keep most of our things in our suitcases, and there isn’t much room for four of them.

Recommended
Pros: Very cozy place - it had everything we needed for a week-long stay in Rome. It's close to multiple bus lines, a metro station, and less than an hour's walk to the Colosseum. The host was very helpful - aside from detailed instructions regarding the check-in and check-out, they also provided us with a list of nearby restaurants and grocery stores close to the apartment.

Pros: Imma was very supportive and let us check in much earlier. Communication was very fast and effective. Flat was overall clean, bed was comfortable. There were also tea, coffee, oil, salt etc available. Location is pretty nice, metro station is nearby. I can recommend staying here :-)

a cool and quiet place to stay in a busy town!
Pros: The apartment is in the Pigneto area, almost across the street from the metro station, really cool vibe, with graffitti and nice restaurants. The apartment is cosy and well maintained, very clean and with very good wifi. We had absolutely no problem and the communication with the owner was super smooth

В апартаментах отдыхали уже дважды. Оба раза восхищены чистотой и комфортом и доброжелательностью.
Pros: Расположение прекрасное. Метро, магазины и кафе в шаговой доступности. Мы предпочитали гулять пешком, до центра совсем рядом.
Cons: На наш взгляд все было идеально!

Cons: Il tavolino potrebbe essere un po' più grande, in 4 si sta stretti. La caldaia, quando in funzione, emette un rumore fastidioso

Pros: Appartamento curato, piccolo e accogliente, con ogni comfort. Si trova poco fuori dal centro città e dal caos, ma facilmente raggiungibile con la metropolitana a pochi metri dall’abitazione, in un quartiere carino. Gestori disponibili.

Pros: Anfitrión muy accesible. La ubicación muy bien. El barrio muy original con bares a buen precio y alternativos.
Cons: En cuanto a la cama y sofá cama están bastante bien. Sin embargo, el baño un poco pequeño. La cocina tiene lo básico pero es pequeña. Como recomendación: la mesa y los taburetes estéticamente son bonitos. Pero por comodidad preferiría una mesa y sillas de tamaño normal.
